High-speed internet WiFi (500mbps), washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer and Pack n' Play (baby crib) available for guests.

All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests.

But with the boat and the golf course right in the backyard, you may not want to leave.

The pool and gym are open with restrictions due to COVID-19. Reservations required at all times:

- The pool is available every day from 8:00AM - 7:00PM limited to 2 hours per unit per day

- The gym is available 7:00AM - 12:00PM and 2:00PM - 7:00PM with 1 hour reservation per unit per day.

For pool reservation on the weekends, reservations have to be made no later than Friday at 3:00pm.

Overall the place was as listed. Could you use a little TLC. The pool was nice and was in a nice location. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Location location location

With a nice view on the yacht club, this condo is well situated and large enough for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable, but unit definitely needs TLC. Alain, the owner, was easy to reach and available online for any questions we had. Nice stay in the Sunshine state and Miami area!

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Property was not thoroughly cleaned. Stove was dirty, floors have not been cleaned, long black hair in the showers, grouting was gross..None of the remotes in the mastbedroom worked. All Tvs had to be on 100 to hear anything. UNDER CONSTRUCTION! was woken up every morning (6:40 a.m) for several days by loud, vibrating drilling and banging on the roof. This construction has obviously been on going for awhile due to the magnitude of equipment that was stationary. Encountered 3 extremely rude security guards that were not inviting at all. Absolute waste of my $1,600!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as pictured and everything was in good working condition. . The view from the balcony was amazing and the pool and whirlpool were how we ended our day. Loved the area of Aventura and how centralized it is to both Miami and Ft Lauderdale with plenty to see and do. We had no issues with check in and communication with our host Alain was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

The worst experience ever had

The worst experience I ever had Renting a vacation apartment . Just spend one night , bathroom disgusting place dirty and the host compromise to refund all nigth mail and now doesn’t want . I have pictures of everything incluidos our poor conversation troughs the app

Best location in the Yacht Club complex in beautiful Aventura

Nice and very practical condo, maybe a bit worn out, but location is the best and the view from the balcony is beautiful. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped, enough towels for a week for two of us without having to wash them. The host provided soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. which was a very nice touch. There were beach chairs in the closet but we did not use them, they looked old and flimsy - but was not a big deal for us, we rented chairs and umbrellas in Sunny Isles beach. Having free self-parking was very convenient for us. Would recommend and hope to stay at this condo again.

Great stay!

Beautiful location! Private entrance with very friendly staff. Great sized kitchen. Beautiful view of big yachts and the canal. Quiet and spacious.

Beautiful area. The condo was not horrible but it is in need of new furniture and a paint job. one of the couch,s was on wooden blocks because of broken legs. All it would take is 1 week of what you charge for the condo to make it look 100% better. Our transponder for our car to get thru the gate never worked after calling 2 times we decided to just let security let us in all week.

Aventura experience

8 day trip to Florida with my husband and his brother/girlfriend. 2 king bedrooms/2 full bathrooms, laundry room included was perfect for two couples. We loved the unit and the gated community was lovely because there wasn’t a lot of traffic and we were very grateful for the extra parking on top of the parking ramp. 24 hour security made us feel safe. A/C and wi-Fi always working and great view to the yacht dock outside our windows! Beautiful sunrise every morning! We would definitely stay again next time we are in this area!

Appartement espacieux et confortable avec vue sur la Marina

Belle appartement confortable et très bien équipé se trouvant dans un joli complexe avec magnifique piscine très calme et bien entretenu . Seul point négatif pour nous ce que si vous arrivez le week-end ou le soir le bureau pour récupérer la carte d’acces au bâtiment est fermé vous devez donc à chaque fois appeler le gardien pour ouvrir la porte du bâtiment , et ils ne sont pas très sympas sur tout si vous ne parlez pas l’ingles encore pire. Ça aurai été plus simple d’avoir le code pour ouvrir directement la porte du bâtiment en attendant lundi que le bureau ouvre ses portes . De toute façon la sécurité avais déjà tout nos cordonnés du passeport etc. Pas besoin de devoir les appeler tout le temps une fois qu’on est à l’interieur à chaque fois que l’on veut rentrer pendant le week-end . Pour le reste notre séjour était parfait .

Wonderful cozy well equipped condo. The two king beds are terrific.

The Manager Xavier gives impeccable customer service . The condo is so comfy and well equipped . The owner updates everything to make for great stay. The pool is like a tropical paradise. The location is amazing. The layout is perfect and there is ample privacy. Love the view of the intercoastal. Simply amazing.
