It was a wonderful stay at Ragnhild and Magne's property. They are attentive and friendly hosts and their property was very comfortable for our family. It was a great place to be able to hike, swim, and boat. Their farm and the location in Fusa are charming. We had an excellent stay!

We really enjoyed your stay here!
You are welcome back!
The authentic house is amazing. We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay inside (because of the rain) and outside, especially on our trip with the boot. Morning dives with the boys are a super bonus. We would love to come back to this wonderful place.

A family of four, we had a great time in the cottage and the area. The cottage is very clean, spacious and cozy. There is more than enough room for 4. Fully functional kitchen and all needed appliances. Wonderful hosts!
The area is very peaceful and quiet, with some hiking trails minutes from the cottage. Short drive to a grocery store and a nice family restaurant in Strandvik.
I’d definitely recommend staying there.
It’s so nice to celebrate my son’s birthday and Sigurd’s home, it’s really cozy and comfortable we really feel welcomed. Raghnid and Magne were so kind. The place close to supermarket, kids and family had a blast with the scenery. We are hoping to return over the summer we definitely recommended to our friends and colleagues,
Thank you so much for letting us stay!
2 Supermärkte in 4 - 7 Km.

About the host
Hosted by Sigurd Gjuvsland
Ragnhild and Magne are the owners of Djupvik Farm. They bought the farm in 1983. Recently retired, Ragnhild worked as an occupational therapist for the local county council for a number of years. When they decided to build an additional cabin for rent in 2016, it was important for Ragnhild that it was made accessible to people with disabilities. Magne is a farmer and runs the Djupvik farm. Together they have four grown children. Djupvik Farm is a working dairy and forestry farm. They have welcomed guests to their farm for over two decades.
Why they chose this property
The Djupvik Farm has a number of natural resources on its doorstep. The combination of hiking trails, fishing opportunities and the beautiful nature makes this cabin unique. The view of the fjord is beautiful, and there is also a chance you might spot deer or eagle during your walks.
What makes this property unique
The cottage is recently renovated in a tradiotional farmer’s style. The cottage has its own unique atmosphere, and we recommend spending some time relaxing by the cabin’s large fireplace.
