posto minuscolo senza lavatrice . praticamente un garage usato come appartamento. per chi non ha pretese va bene. sconsigliato per bambini piccoli . molto lontano dal mare

Salve Vincenzo, mi dispiace che tu non ti sia trovato bene nell'appartamento. L'alloggio è, come specificato, un monolocale da 25mq su misura di coppia... Se cercava qualcosa di più grande (e meno economico) era meglio per lei scegliere un'abitazione di dimensioni più consone. La lavatrice non è presente... Ma questa non dovrebbe essere una sorpresa poiché specificato nei servizi disponibili. L'informazione sulla posizione dell'alloggio è anch'essa disponibile prima della prenotazione, quindi confermo i 10 min in auto per raggiungere il mare. Per quanto riguarda l'inadeguatezza per bambini piccoli non mi è ben chiaro il perché. Se intende per la mancanza di una culla/fasciatoio, era stato informato ben prima del suo arrivo. Detto questo, ripeto che mi rammarica non aver reso confortevole il suo soggiorno, ma sono comunque più che lieto di accoglierla ancora in uno qualsiasi dei miei alloggi i prossimi anni per riprovarci. Siamo stati una settimana io e mia moglie e posso dire che è un monolocale spazioso e accogliente. Pulito e soprattutto c'è tutto l'essenziale. Frigo , cucina letto e armadio per riporre gli abiti, climatizzatore .Comodo anche lo spazio fuori per stendere i vestiti e per sedersi in totale relax. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio.
