Appartement très sale obligé de nettoyer à notre arrivée store cassé qui n à pas inquiéter le propriétaire je déconseille cet appartement qui est aussi situé dans un quartier très bruillant et sale

Je regrette infiniment, l'appartement a été bien nettoyer avant votre arrivé, comme ce fut le cas pour chaque vacancier,si c'étais le cas, vous auriez du déclarer ce problème lors de la remises des clés et m'envoyer des photos,.
Pour ce qui est du store que vous avez abîmé, je vous ai proposé de le réparer et vous avez juger que ce n'est pas utile, maintenant que vous avez changé votre avis j'aurai du vous appliquer une caution pour ce problème causé.
Concernant le quartier que vous mettiez en cause, ce dernier est un quartier résidentielle, dont l'entretiens à l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la résidence ce fait régulièrement par les autorités compétentes.
