The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator. It is a large and bright apartment with views of the beach. The ideal place to enjoy a few days of vacation in Cádiz, the flagship city of the Costa de La Luz. A few meters from Victoria Beach, considered the best urban beach in Europe.
The apartment has a living room with a large window to the Victoria beach, which has air conditioning, Internet connection via WIFI and plasma TV and sofa bed, two bedrooms, one with two beds of 90 cm and another with a 90cm bed, spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay in the city more pleasant when you return to your apartment after having been discovering Cádiz during the day.
The apartment is located in a large, quiet area with many restaurants and entertainment areas around and very well connected. The Ramón de Carranza Stadium is less than two minutes walk from it. It is ideal for families, groups or couples who want to enjoy a few days of disconnection, beach and tranquility.
The Stadium Train Stop is less than five minutes walk from your apartment, as well as the intercity bus stops, which are less than two minutes away on foot.
Parking on Avenida Ramón de Carranza is complicated, being possible to find parking in the vicinity. Anyway, right in front of the apartment there is the Gadir Parking and a bus stop that leaves you in the historical center of the city in less than 20 minutes.

Gran ubicacion
Urbanización a pie de paseo marítimo y por tanto playa. Parques, restaurantes, supermercado...a tiro de piedra. Por poner un pero, es Cádiz y aparcar es complicado, pero en último caso tiene un parking cruzando la avenida.

Entendemos que el estacionamiento en Cádiz puede ser un desafío, pero nos complace saber que encontraste una solución conveniente con el parking cruzando la avenida.

Piso práctico de playa
La ubicación es excelente,el apartamento es diáfano, buenas vistas al mar y las habitaciones que necesitábamos. Desinfección para Covid según refirió agencia. Piso limpio. Buen sistema de entrada al apartamento por app del móvil.
El menaje de cocina es muy escaso, teniendo que comprar bastantes cosas básicas para cocinar. Han añadido decoración superflua cuando podrían haber invertido mejor en este aspecto en cocina. También tuvimos que comprar sartenes pues para dos que había estaba rallado el teflón bastante y se desprendía en la comida. Pocos vasos, ninguna copa. Cuchillos que no cortan. Mejorable pues todo el menaje.

muchas gracias por tus comentarios, nos alegramos que disfrutaras en nuestro apartamento Malibú en Cádiz. Efectivamente el piso se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, con vistas desde el salón a la playa victoria.
Nos alegra tu comentario sobre la limpieza y desinfección del apartamento, en estos momentos de pandemia estamos haciendo un gran esfuerzo por garantizar la seguridad y tranquilidad de nuestros clientes usando protocolos mucho más estrictos que lo marcado por los protocolos oficiales.
Debido al mismo tema del covid hemos tenido que quitar parte del menaje y elementos de decoración del apartamento, esperamos volver a ponerlos en cuanto pase el estado de alarma actual. Agradecemos tus comentarios sobre los sartenes, lo tomamos en cuenta.

Apartamento muy recomendable. Magnífica situación.
Muy fácil acceso a la playa y proximidad de lineas de autobuses para desplazamientos al centro y a localidades cercanas.
Se debería mejorar el menaje de cocina.

Llevamos varios años acupando este alojamiento es cómodo, amplio y muy bien situado. Este año aún mejor por algunas mejoras introducidas, sobre todo en la seguridad en el acceso al piso. Muy recomendable.
La valoración en limpieza se debe a haber encontrado algo de arena en una de las camas. Seguramente un descuido sin mayor importancia.
