COCOON, Atypical Flat in the Historic Center, with Breakfast

COCOON is located in the pretty Piazza Calandrini, in a 19th century building, a very popular square in Sarzana with two delicious restaurants, the bar Massimo, one of the best ice cream parlors in Sarzana, very special trendy clothes shops ...; it is also a famous square that houses the famous SOFFITA (antiques market), and many other events such as the Festival of the Mind.
COCOON is my "jewel", the result of a search for fine materials, ingenuity and dreams come true ...
Therefore I am happy to welcome respectful guests since I personally renovated it, keeping doors and windows of origin and giving a VINTAGE touch in the choice of materials ..

Unique and characteristic place, COCOON is divided into 2 rooms plus 1 bathroom with shower.
The beautiful main room with a sofa bed (140x200), TV cabinet, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with induction plate, microwave, oven, built-in washing machine, NESPRESSO coffee machine, ..., a bamboo table that gives you the opportunity to have lunch for up to 4 people.
The second room is a very fresh and spacious room consisting of a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe divided into spaces allowing you to arrange clothes, shoes, ... and suitcases .. !!!. , teak shelf found in Indonesian.
Sheets, pillows and duvets are provided.
Connected to the room, the beautiful BATHROOM with large shower with its 30's flooring .., all towels are provided, necessary for each guest, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, ...

The house is all electric.
To enter, guests will have ONLY a magnetic card that must be used as a key and, once inserted in the appropriate box, this will activate electricity throughout the house;
at the exit, removing the card from its identification box, everything will be deactivated except the boiler and the refrigerator.
- card loss: 50 euros extra
- forgotten card inside: 30 euros extra

the heating / air conditioning are convection and equipped with ONE single remote control placed in the appropriate transparent box above the TV.
- Remote control loss: 50 Euros
- Loss of TV remote control: 40 Euros

In the bedroom, in the closet, there is a digital combination SAFE with spare key, in case of forgetting the combination.
- Loss of safe key: extra 50 euros
- These extras will be removed from the initial deposit.

For the kitchen and the shower, the water is heated by a boiler which contains 80 liters of water at a temperature of about 60 degrees.
