Fabulous 3 bedroom apartment of 75m² situated in Tignes le Lac. Enables easy access to the Aeroski and the Palafour chairlift both on the main Lac snowfront. Ski in ski out location, great for families or friends.
Perched on the top floor of the Palafour building this apartment comes complete with south-facing balcony and amazing, uninterrupted views over Tignes and the lake area.
Finished to a comfortable standard complete with TV, wifi large sofa the living area is very comfortable. American-style kitchen is well equipped including; huge fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher….washing machine is also available in separate utility room

This is perfect for rentals for both winter and summer holidays with great views, good ratio of bathrooms complete with great views in a central ski in-ski out location.The owners enjoy their apartment year round and benefit from the array of activities available in such a location. Skiing and snowboarding being the obvious choices but summer in Tignes has a lot to offer too !
What makes this property unique
Excellent views enhance the apartment, it is light and airy as double aspect. Up on the 8th floor the views are uninterrupted and accessing the skiing and resort ameneties is pretty immediate!
