Beautiful Rovinj

It was a great location. Walking distance to the old town or in the other direction, through the woods to the beach. Nice big balcony, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Well equipped apartment. Sara was prompt to answer any issues we had.

Optimal!

Leute, es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten die Wohnung auf der nordöstlichen Seite, namens 'Laurus'. Wir hatten uns so wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht. Es funktionierte alles wie es soll und es war auch sauber. Was ich auch gut fand ist, dass es sich gut durchlüften ließ. Wir hatten bis zu 33°Außentemperatur und Vormittags nur die Rollos runter gelassen und Abends durgelüftet. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht. Ruhige, gepflegte Wohngegend. Links runter 10 min zum Strand. Rechts runter 10 min zur Innenstadt. 5 min entfernt Konzum Supermarkt, Restaurant und Café. Sogar die Nachbarn von gegenüber waren ein Spektakel, wenn wir am Balkon zu Abend aßen. Der Garten ist auch sehr schön und schattig. Es gibt einen Kiwibaum! Man hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz am Grundstück. Was noch interessant wäre zu wissen ist, dass die Matrazen eher weich waren. Für uns waren sie gut. Wir haben aber auch keine Rückebprobleme.

sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Gut gelegen, Fußentfernung zur Innenstadt und zum Strand. Klimaanlage und guter Parkplatz.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für unsere Zwecke sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Meer, Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit hilfreichen Anweisungen per Mail. Das Apartment war nicht sehr groß, aber für uns völlig ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktionierte gut; auch eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Kleine Probleme mit dem Internet hat der freundliche Gastgeber sofort behoben.

Schöne Zeit in Rovinj

Das App. Godena liegt sehr gut, um die Stadt und den Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und besorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice stay and recommended place: convenient location, clean, refurbished, self check-in, great communication with manager and owner and attention to detail. Only drawback is that the space is very tiny and it faces a main road, so it’s not very nice to use the terrace or keep the windows open at night.

Gute Lage aber laut

Das Apartment liegt in einem schönen Garten und war groß - die Loggia sogar sehr groß. Aber auch an einer Haupt-Durchgangsstraße - tagsüber laut. Der Kühlschrank war nicht dicht und kühlte nicht richtig, wodurch etwas verdarb. Die Küchenspüle hatte kein warmes Wasser - störend beim Abwasch. Ansonsten gab es nix zu meckern.

Alles so wie wir es uns vogestellt hatten. Die Küche ist zum richtigen kochen zu klein, das sollte man wissen (also z.B. keine größerer Nudeltopf), aber mit den 2 Pfannen Salsiccia vom Metzger am Markt hat für eien ganze Familie funktionert. Es wäre sogar ein kleiner E-Tischgrill dagewesen. Schlüpsselübergab mit Besitzer perfekt, Besitzer hat gut deutsch gesprochen. Lage der Wohnung perfekt zwischen Altstadt und Strand am golden Kap, alles in Fußwegdistanz (unsere Kinder sind 9 und 13), so dass wir vor Ort das Auto nicht gebraucht haben, außer einmal Großeinkauf bei Maxi-Konzum
