Great apartment in quiet area, close to the center. We were four adults and appreciated the apartment layout with two separate toilets and a bathroom. Good parking facility at the house. We would come again.

Perfect for a few days near the center of Rovinj

For the first step in Croatia, the comfort of the flat was perfect. The location is really near the city center. The landlady was really reactive for any question or purpose. We recommend. The only little thing that could be enhanced is the climatisation that is only in the leaving room, relatively far from the rooms. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Mindennel elégedettek voltunk! A házigazda Ester, nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Az apartman jól felszerelt,tágas! Gyalogosan az óváros 5 perc alatt elérhető, így az ott tartózkodásunk alatt nem kellett autót használnunk. Zárt parkoló van az apartmanhoz. Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek!

Super hyggelig og ren lejlighed. Kort gåafstand til centrum, og i meget roligt kvarter. Meget sød og hjælpsom vært. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse. Vi vil meget gerne komme igen.

Lage optimal zur Altstadt - Parkplatz auf Grundstück vorhanden - große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern - ruhig - Betten komfortabel - Bettdecke 3 Schichten sehr unpraktisch - runder Tisch im Wohnzimmer hat uns nicht gefallen - eingeschränkte Arbeitsflächen in der Küche - keine Schüsseln für Müsli und Ähnliches - keine Heizung, Anfang Mai kalt

Family Apartment in Rovinj, Croatia

Esther the owner of the apartment was very cordial and accessible if she was needed. The apartment was plenty big to accommodate our family and nicely located close to old town/downtown area. Very clean and towels were available for showering. I was happy to see a coffee maker, but sad when there was no filters to go with it. Thankfully, after shopping at 3 stores my husband found some coffee filters! Unfortunately, the AC unit was very small and only in the living room, making the bedrooms in the back VERY HOT! The apartment did not receive any sort of breeze back in the bedrooms, even with the windows open (that were not bug screen protected btw). There are no ceiling fans in Europe (at least not what I have seen thus far...) and no floor fans to add additional air flow and comfort during the warmer summer nights for guests. We never slept in any of the bedrooms during our 4 night stay. Our entire family camped in the living room all together on both couches and the floor to be closer to the AC. Another disappointment was the WiFi, which rarely received a signal and no one was able to play games, upload videos or watch streaming TV (which is a nice alternative considering our first language is English). I would say there is no working WiFi in the apartment. Along with minimal AC.

The lady who welcomed us was great. Nice talkative, outgoing and very positive person. A unique apartment with character. Very very spacious. Two terraces, three large rooms. It was very clean. Two elegant bedrooms. Parking in a safe place on the property. Very close to the old town by foot. We highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Rovinj :)

Saubere Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Wir haben Rovinj diesmal kurzfristig gebucht und sind auf dieses sehr schöne, zentral gelegenes Objekt gestoßen. Wir erreichten Rovinj relativ spät und die beiden Vermieter haben uns schon herzlich empfangen. Check-in hat problemlos und schnell funktioniert. Das Apartment war herrlich groß und mit zwei Balkonen. Alles war blitzeblank sauber. Ein paar Küchenutensilien sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und müssten ausgetauscht werden. Das Apartment liegt zentral und die Altstadt von Rovinj ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Parkplatzsituation gehört etwas überarbeitet, da die Straße vor dem Apartment seit kurzem Kurzparkzone ist. Das Parken war einfach eine Organsisationssache mit den anderen zwei Mietern. Hat trotzdem gut funktioniert. Werden gerne wieder kommen.

Homey place with a great location

If you like a homey place, with plenty of room, that feels like you're staying with a relative then this might be the place for you. It had two bathrooms, a kitchen, full bathroom, and a living room. Klunky internet coverage. Just a five minute walk into town. This is a charming, but touristy town.
