Apartment at the foot of the beach
My apartment is located in Salinas. Very close to beaches like Chipipe at 10 minutes or Montañita at 40 minutes. It has private beach, salt water pool, infinity pool and children's pool. The building is very quiet, ideal to relax with family or friends. Inside the apartment you have air conditioning in each bedroom and living room, hot water, wifi, direct TV and DVD with many movies. From the terrace you can enjoy a spectacular view and also serves as a BBQ area. At the bottom there is a playground and a small gym. You can also use the kayaks.
