Nice apartment on the beachfront, in Puerto Marina (Puerto Deportivo)

It has two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two beds) and a bathroom, terrace with views, community parking, pool with bar and large garden and views.

Walk to the beach and direct access to the promenade. 50m from bus, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and main entertainment area of Benalmádena.

Located in the most touristic area of Benalmádena.

Beach with chiringuitos and multiple services.

Equipped for 4 people.

Bath and beach towels not included.

The building has free community parking without reservation of space and subject to availability, but in July and August, to avoid parking problems, a separate parking space is offered to ensure parking.
- In August it is included in the weekly rental price.
- In July it is offered for € 50 / week, not included in the rental price.

The deposit of € 150 is delivered in cash upon delivery of the keys and returned on the day of departure, when the keys are returned.

In case of arrival from 00:00 and until 8:00 a supplement of € 50 will be charged.

Animals are not permitted. In case of coming with animals, access to the apartment will not be allowed and the money will not be returned. In case of discovering it during the stay, the deposit will not be returned.

MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN AND BABIES. Reservations are not allowed for more people. In case of not clarifying this point or lying about it during the reservation, we reserve the right not to deliver the keys upon arrival or not to return the deposit if discovered during the stay.

In the months of July and August the rent is for full weeks, being the day of entry and exit on Saturday.
