- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:
According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation).
The counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by Nuris2u guests, the day before departure, in cash.
Prices included, for electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation depending on the type of accommodation:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the security.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical (not virtual) credit card, and it is necessary to confirm the transaction on your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
