Ivy Barn Sleeps 4 with hot tub (2 Bedrooms)

Ivy Barn is a detached cottage with an enclosed private garden complete with hot tub (surcharge applies)offering spacious accommodation , a double bedroom with four poster bed and en suite ,family bathroom with large corner bath, kitchen diner and living area all on the ground floor with a twin bedded galleried area overlooking the living space. The twin beds can be zip linked to create a super kingsize double bed. The lounge has two lovely velvet sofas perfect for a relaxing evening. Dogs permitted £35 each. Private Hot tub in the garden which can be added (£125 surcharge payable directly)Please note Friday start date in peak season.

Stunning cottage and surroundings

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage,Hot tub was great after our long walks,Hubby enjoyed sky sports lol, we will definitely return in the future.

Lovely little cottage

Everything you need within 10/15 minutes of a number of lovely beaches. Me, my wife and our 8 year old daughter loved our stay in ivy barn and the the hot tub was an added bonus. Katie was very helpful and easily contactable if needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Really nice place and location, Kitchen is rather tired though and could do with an update. Otherwise would have got 5 stars. Pictures don’t do lounge and gallery bedroom area justice, much better when you see it

Nice little cottage

Lovely little cottage, 5 minutes away from bude, has everything you need for a long weekend. The bath was really nice and big, the location is peacefully and fairly private. The only downside was the Jacuzzi wasn't working. This was the main reason we booked this and only found out upon arrival it wasn't working hence the 4 star. Will return again in the future

Half Term getaway

Great location between Bude and Widemouth Bay, very comfortable and everything needed. Other than the post code not being very accurate. Had a lovely time and luckily the weather was fantastic

Well needed break

Myself, my husband and 2 children stayed in Ivy Barn. At first glance we were wowed by the exterior and interior decor but when we walked in we just saw a layer of dust whisk across the floor. In the kitchen the utensils, cups plates etc were not clean at all and were immediately put in the dishwasher for us to be able to use. Having said that, the whole property is done to a lovely standard and is in a great location. All the Barns surrounding us looked idyllic too. The Hot Tub was amazing and was used every day of our stay. Only negative about that is that it had no cover ( we brought our own gazebo ). Overall we had a lovely, enjoyable stay and Katie was on hand if we needed her assistance .

Good location.

Great spot for exploring the North Cornwall coast. About a mile walk to the beach and The Weir cafe is about a 10 minute walk. Nice cosy cottage with private garden and comfortable beds.
