Located in Sciacca, La casetta di Gio is newly built and offers all the comforts for a pleasant and peaceful holiday in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city.
It is 5 minutes drive from the beach and the town, close to a supermarket, pizzeria and restaurant.
The independent apartment is new and is as follows:
- entrance-living room with TV, sofa bed, kitchenette, iron and ironing board, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, electric oven and microwave oven, electric teira, coffee machine, pots, dishes and cutlery;
-a double bedroom with wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables and chest of drawers;
- a bathroom with sink, mirror, shower, bidet, hairdryer, washing machine, towels.
