Maison Matan is located in a residential area, surrounded by beautiful wooded scenery. Here you’ll find the perfect base for exploring numerous marked hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and cycling routes, as well as kayaking trips and cultural attractions. Children will also be spoiled here: the zoo, a trip to the bison ranch, mini-golf, the Semois Valley, or soak up some history at one of the surrounding castles.

This comfortable private holiday home can accommodate up to 20 people. Built of traditional stone and fully renovated to modern standards, this home exudes charm, tranquility, and cosiness.

Communication difficile avec l’agence qui gère le gite.

Le gite est spacieux et bien conçu. La piece de vie est très agréable. Ce gite aurait cependant besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement ( papier peint déchiré à certains endroits, quelques taches de moisissures dans salle de bain, ...) le menage n’est pas vraiment fait à fond non plus . La communication avec l’agence etait compliquée car en néerlandais ou en anglais uniquement. Il faut beaucoup les relancer pour avoir des reponses aux questions avant la periode de location.Le gite etant situé en Wallonie, pouvoir parler français serait une évidence, surtout quand on a un problème avec l’alarme incendie comme çà a été notre cas durant notre sejour..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Elle dispose d’un joli jardin avec un brasero , c’est top pour les soirées entre amis 😉 Merci aux hôtes de nous avoir accueillis.
