A Pearl at Pirou Plage

Great housing, Just 70 mtr away from the beautiful and lonesome beach, the House ist Well equipped, WE definatly think about to come Back....

Pirou ist ein wunderbarer Ort, wenn man im Urlaub Ruhe und einen herrlichen Strand sucht. Man kann gut Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen und die Gegend erkunden.Das Haus selbst ist umgeben von einem schönen Garten, der zum Großteil nicht einsehbar ist. Unser Auto konnten wir bequem direkt davor auf der wenig befahrenen Straße parken. Das Haus ist zwar alt, aber originell eingerichtet und gut gepflegt. Man bekommt einen Eindruck davon, wie man früher einmal gewohnt hat, ohne auf viele moderne Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen. Im und ums Haus gibt es genügend Rückzugsbereiche, was im Urlaub mit einer großen Familie wichtig ist. Besonders begeistert haben uns die gut ausgestattete Küche und die beiden Duschen. Das Wasser in Priou wird nicht gechlort und schmeckt hervorragend. Für eine Familie mit größeren Kindern ist diese Unterkunft ideal. Wir hätten uns nur noch ein Waschbecken im WC im Obergeschoß und eine Möglichkeit zum Wäschetrocknen im Freien gewünscht.Insgesamt ist es ein empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, das sehr nahe am Meer und dem breiten Sandstrand liegt.

Un emplacement idéal

La maison est idéalement située, à quelques pas seulement du bord de plage, ce qui est tres pratique avec des enfants! C’est très appréciable ! (La plage étant magnifique qui plus est) Les commerces sont également à 5 min à pieds. Il y a tout les équipements nécessaires, cuisine bien équipée, livres et jeux pour enfants pour l’intérieur et la plage, vélos, paddle…etc. Le jardin est plaisant et bien arboré, avec une grande table et des transats pour en profiter. La propreté et l’entretien de la maison peuvent être améliorés, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un tres bon séjour !

Situation exceptionnelle

Très belle semaine à Pirou. L'atout majeur : la situation, à moins d'une minute de la plage ! A améliorer : l'entretien général (vitres, toiles d'araignées...). J'insiste sur le fait que cela n'a pas gâché le séjour, mais cela ajouterait du confort. Peut-être aussi prévoir un petit congélateur pour les glaçons (de l'apero 🙂) et les glaces.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unstimmig

Dieses Haus hat sicher einmal bessere Zeiten gesehen, die Fenster im Erdgeschoss sind dringendst renovierungsbedürftig. Die große Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings unsauber. Auch sind die Küchenfenster rostig und lassen sich nicht öffnen. es gibt Schimmel und eine Flut von Ameisen und anderen Insekten vorrangig auf dem Fußboden. Die übrige Einrichtung ist originell und gemütlich.

Seule la fenêtre de la SdB est ancienne et la maison est maintenant bien rénovée. Pour les fourmis c’était ponctuel et nous avons réglé le problème

Quelle agréable maison de famille près de la plage

Maison parfaite pour une grande famille ou des amis. Très bien équipée, des jeux pour tous... nous avons passé une semaine magnifique avec le très beau temps en plus! Merci Isabelle on se sent très bien dans votre maison.
