It is within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, bars, coffee shops and endless entertainment, just park your car and relax. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, 1 bath, kitchen and a covered porch. Pet friendly rental with a pet fee.
This house is situated in a residential/commercial area attached is a one-bedroom studio apartment that is also rented out. It is separated by two locking doors as you would see in adjoining hotel rooms. There is street parking in front of the house for day parking and at the rear of the house there is a parking lot with plenty of parking.

Perfect Location and Great Property

My girlfriends and I came to Traverse City for a girls getaway weekend and the location of this property was perfect for us to walk everywhere! We felt safe with the lock pad, and the house was well decorated and clean. Very much recommend for anyone who wants to be able to walk downtown and still be close enough to the wineries to shuttle.

Family Fun

Great location as this property is walking distance to downtown. Love the downstairs bedroom as we had my 81 and 85 year old Mom and boyfriend with us. Super cute place.

Beautiful house, walk to shops, bring your dog!

Loved the house - It’s eclectic and the layout is great for a family/group (private but open, different spaces to gather). We enjoyed the covered front porch, relaxing with our adult kids and our dogs. The walk to Front Street shops and restaurants is quick and easy, and the house is in a quiet area. Lee is available by message and quick to answer any questions. Definitely recommend it for a Traverse City getaway!! ❤️

So close to Front street

We stayed in here May 2025. 5 sisters, in our 50s and 60s. When we arrived the place was very clean and tidy. With the arrangement of the bedrooms, we each had our own bed (which was great). I didn't think it would be a great idea for all 5 of us to share 1 bathroom but thats what we did as kids and it worked out great. This wouldn't have worked if it wasn't for the sinks in each bedroom. This made the house much more doable when we were all getting ready to go in the morning. The kitchen is small but workable as is the lower sitting room. We used the upstairs living room just because we thought it was more comfortable. We also sat out on the front porch every evening. The table and chairs out there made it very comfortable. There are several suitcase holders in each room (thank you!) and lots of clean towels, washcloths, and hand towels. The location is perfect. We could walk down to front street for restaurants and shopping. It’s even walkable to the beach. There is a small bar a block away as well as a BBQ restaurant. Both were lots of fun and good food-try the pickle pizza! Overall this is a great place to stay.

Perfect TC group stay near downtown

This place was perfect for a girls’ weekend in TC. The location can’t be beat if you want to walk to downtown from a place large enough to accommodate a group! Bedrooms are set up perfectly, and although we questioned whether just one bathroom would be enough, it’s a large bathroom and there are a TON of mirrors for us all to style our hair and do our makeup! Kitchen was stocked with coffee and ice (thanks, Lee!) and the table was enough to comfortably fit us all. Note: it was a hot weekend and took us a minute to figure out to turn on the upstairs a/c (our fault for not reading the very clear instructions next to the thermostat). Turn these on during the day, but off at night- the bottom level thermostat has an automatic setting that turned on heat at night if the upstairs units were left on full force! The many fans were perfect for circulating the air. Lee was super responsive and helpful, and made our stay easy. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great house, great location, great value!

We had a family gathering in TC, and we needed a house for 7 (related) adults that was really close to downtown and the beach - this was a perfect place! Plenty of room (2 living areas, each with cable TV and lots of seating); bedrooms with big comfy beds and beautiful soft linens; a fully-equipped kitchen that included staples you don't want to have to buy (like baggies, cleaning supplies, some spices, etc); nice grill & seats on the front porch; a location that is within easy walking distance to downtown (with all of the amazing restaurants, brew pubs, and shopping) or the beach - although we had bikes for everyone and never got back in the car. During the TC Film Fest we were literally around a corner from one venue (the TC Playhouse), which means you can walk 1 block and catch a free shuttle to any other venue. It was a great value, and we will certainly be booking here again any time we are in TC. (Do note there is only 1 bathroom, which wasn't a problem for our family, especially since there is a sink in each bedroom). Efficient check-in & check-out process, clear instructions and helpful info left onsite for us. Our sincere thanks to owner Lee - we could not have been happier.

Perfect TC Homebase!

Property was as advertised. Excellent location within walking distance of DT TC and the bay front. We brought our (2) bikes and easily locked them on the front porch. You could easily fit 4 bikes on the porch. Lots of easy parking behind the house. 2.5 blocks from Oryana Coop! We could ride from the house and connect with the Boardman Lake bike trail or the TART trail along the bay and the Lelenau trail! You can ride all over TC. The living space was relaxed and comfortable for 5 of us, and would have worked well with one of two more. There are living room spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors. There's a TV in EACH ROOM plus both living rooms! The 2nd floor rooms each have a small sink as well. Temp control with AC and ceiling fan kept us happy and cool. One bathroom did not feel like an issue for us. The space is nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed! Highly recommended. Excellent bang for your buck!!!

Easy walk to restaurants and downtown area, nice front porch gathering area, easy parking for a couple of vehicles in the back, a little beat up inside, spaces inside are small, sinks in each bedroom make up for only one main bath, expected a little bit nicer from the pics and write up, would look at other properties at the same price point before returning to this one

Geezer post-vac get-away

We had a great experience! The location was perfect for walking outdoors to local establishments, and was an excellent size for our group. We loved the extra sinks in bedrooms and the big front porch. There was more than adequate parking in the back, and in fact we did not use any of our cars during our stay. Lee is a great host and was easy to communicate with. Her property was well-maintained and comfortable😀😀

Excellent location!

We had a group of 6 adults during our stay. The house is cute and we had plenty of room with two living areas. Plenty of towels and pillows were provided. The location was great for walking to restaurants and bars downtown - it was nice to park our cars in the lot and not worry about them. While nothing was particularly dirty, we all agreed the house could use a deep clean. The bed on the first floor was a bit wobbly/unstable for two people, but fine for one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Adorable house and very close to town!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect place for a Traverse City weekend. Downtown was a quick 5-10 minute walk away and the house is even more lovely in person than in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!
