Farr Shores is just 8 minutes away from the convenience and amenities of the exciting historic Hot Springs but also just far enough away from town to enjoy that outdoorsy, secluded feeling. From the boardwalk, you can fish or swim, or take a evening walk and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets the lake has to offer. Additionally, the famous and beautiful Garvan Gardens is just around the bend (3 miles).

This is a very clean, comfortable place to relax and enjoy the amazing view on the best part of Lake Hamilton.
The condo has all the amenities you will need. Just bring your personal items, food and drinks!

1 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront condo. Downstairs. No stairs to enter. Note: There are no window coverings in the den area so that guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake. It has one queen size bed. Deck has a comfortable table, chairs, and a electric grill to enjoy and dine over the lake view. This condo is in the building located close to the swimming pool. ***NON-SMOKING (NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON PORCH)***NO PETS ALLOWED***Due to the pet allergies of the owner while staying in their unit, support animals are not allowed. NO GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED. CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 a.m.. Security surveillance devices are onsite and monitor the outside areas of the front and back doors only.
Note: The Lake Authority does an annual draw down on the lake from November until March which, depending on the amount they draw down, may affect the water being all the way to the boardwalk. There will still be a water view regardless.
