room was as described it was clean, welcoming and good walking distance to the Parkway, our only issue was hearing everything in the room next to us and above. Other than that we had a very nice stay

Right in the middle of it all and a world away

This is the perfect condo to be in the middle of the action but feel a world away. It was very quiet at night but only 1 block from the Parkway. Very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our time at the GSMJI very much and this condo was the perfect spot to shower and relax before heading back out to the fun.

Nice condo close to everything

My husband, myself and our 10 month old stayed 9/25-9/29. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in a condo in this building (1st time in this condo) and we love the location especially with a baby. Condo was fairly clean although I did have to sweep when we checked in and clean hair from the shower but everything else seemed clean. Bed was comfortable and we had basically everything we needed for our stay. Would suggest updating to a keypad on the door instead of a key for guest convenience but not a huge deal!

Communication

Communication with the property owners is a nightmare. I ask for the wifi password the whole time we were there and never received a response. I call and emailed them several times, with no response. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. Just needs better Communication.
