The property is structured across 2 separate apartments, each with its own private entrance, plus a shared communal space on the second floor accessible from both units via an internal staircase.

The first apartment features a living and dining area along with an open kitchen on the ground floor, with 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. The second apartment offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and an additional 2 bedrooms on the first floor. On the second floor, a shared space reachable from both apartments includes a living room of 32 square metres, a dining room of 32 square metres, and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Throughout the property, the 6 bedrooms are distributed as follows: the living and dining room on the main level features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
