Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! Apartment was great, and host was wonderful. Super comfy furniture, gorgeous decor and excellent bathrooms. So easy to explore and enjoy the city from here, and closeness to Mercado Victoria was definitely a bonus

Our few days in Cordoba

A lovely appartement, very comfortable and a short walk to all the attractions and also close to the train station. No balcony or outdoor space but great in all other aspects.

Nice, relaxing stay

My family (two teenagers and couple) stayed at the property. It’s located adjacent to a park in a relaxed area of Córdoba that is a 12-15 minute walk from the historic areas of the city. We found it pleasant place to stay for one night. Three bedrooms were nice as were two bathrooms. A/C was a bit too cold but that may better than the alternative. Sofa is a little old and maybe should be replaced. Electronic access to unit was nice way to enter. Recommend staying here as pictures were accurate.

Overall nice property. Air conditioning worked great. Location is good enough with quick walks to all attractions. Clothes washer was not working and big pile of wet laundry was left in washer when we arrived. Bedding uncomfortable. Linings questionable. Couch not comfortable and not much room for 4 people to relax in. Kitchen was poorly organized and poorly stocked. Tolerable for a couple of nights but would not want to have stayed much longer. Cordoba, however, is very much worth visiting.

Beautiful apartment!

Lovely home, well appointed. Clean and bright! Spectacular views of the park and hillsides. Close to everything. Most of the sights are within a 15 to 25 minute walk. Short walk to the train station. Great grocery stores and a park right across the street, good for families with young children. Lively bar just across the street, for those who enjoy the night life. Construction was underway in a lower apartment with noise early in the morning. We are light sleepers and had trouble with this. But otherwise, the beds are very comfortable and the shades block out all the light. Kitchen is well supplied. The owner was gracious and very responsive to our concerns.

El piso esta ubicado bien para visitar la ciudad de Cordoba a pie. Necesita solucionar los problemas de mal olor de un baño y en el otro poner tapa al wc.

Bel appartement bien placé

Situation idéale restos supermarchés vieille ville tout est à proximité Par contre il faut envisager un parking payant à proximité également car lle stationnement es compliqué à cordoue Appartement spatieux lumineux avec une bonne literie et la clim qui est souvent indispensable Volets roulants dans toutes les pi9 Peu de bruit en interne plus avec l extérieur mais il ne faut pas oublier qu' on est en plein centre . Procédure d accès à l appartement vraiment au top Quelques bémols : grille pain hs manque un couvercle wc Rideau cassé dans une chambre un lavabo hs et propreté réfrigérateur à revoir

Luxurious stay in Córdoba

This is a beautifully renovated apartment with modern decor, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although on the 5th floor, there is a small elevator that works very well (and talks to you). The kitchen is excellent with an induction stove-top, full refrigerator/freezer, microwave (you'll need to dig out the instructions from the box in the far right cupboard), and all the necessary utensils, dishes and glassware. There is a pod coffee maker that didn't work that well for us so we boiled water in the microwave - there is no kettle and that is pretty much the only thing missing. The shower is a dream with both horizontal and vertical jets and the beds are comfortable. Very cool powered shutters are on all of the windows and there are lots of interesting lighting choices. The location is very good, just a 15 min walk to the train station and about 15 min to the Mezquita and other main sites. A very good grocery store is just a few doors away. Our only issue was the check-in process. There is no one on site to greet you, so they want you to download an App that opens the building door, then the apartment door, after which you find the keys in the apartment. Failing that, they can open the doors remotely if you phone the management company in Madrid. Since our phones were only set up to work with WiFi this was a problem, and we ended up racking up $20 in roaming fees to get into the apartment. If you have a data roaming plan you should be fine. Other than that, previous communications with the management company were pretty good although we received many pre-arrival messages regarding the App etc. from them (often duplicates). Despite the check-in issue, this was the nicest accommodation we had in Spain, far exceeding expectations. I can't recommend it enough!

Beautiful modern apartment with an amazing view. Very proximate to train & all Cordoba sites!

This apartment is one of the more advanced we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean and well maintained, and just a short stroll to the tremendous history of Cordoba. We were very comfortable strolling the street (both the new and ancient) and we enjoyed ourselves well into the night. I would highly recommend this apartment to visitors!
