Apartment of 57m2, totally independent, adjoining cottage, large common ground 3000mÂČ.
The handle of the Po will seduce you with its charm.
On the spot possibility of swimming, fishing on foot or line. You can also perfect your knowledge on the life of the oyster, see maybe more with seafood.
In the greatest calm, you can enjoy your sunny terrace, take a moment to relax in the shade of pines, grilling (barbecue available) or just hire some balls.
Upstairs, a spacious room with a reading corner with a double bed and a sofa bed extra for a young child. A cot is also available. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower for greater comfort.
On the ground floor, a kitchen fully equipped to nine and a lounge area.
Visits in the area: The trinity of sea, the peninsula of Quiberon, Auray and the small port of St Goustan, famous .Vannes alignments, the Gulf of Morbihan .... and with pleasure we will advise you well to others and to share our favorites.
For hikers, many diverse routes are signposted in the area.
Nice local crafts markets in Carnac Wednesday and Sunday.
And of course, tasting of oysters and nearby seafood.

50 qm auf 2 Etagen: Alles da... unten KĂŒche (Herd, Micro, Backofen) und "Wohnzimmer" mit TV - oben Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett 140cm und Klappcouch fĂŒr u. U. ein Kind) und super schönes, praktisches Bad (Fön). Einrichtung geschmackvoll, liebevoll, nicht ĂŒberladen und komplett mit "einmal alles". Perfekt - fĂŒr zwei Personen: besser geht nicht mehr. Super nette Vermieter - und Ruhe pur. Ganz weit draußen und doch alles zentral zu erreichen. Wir hatten sehr schöne 11 Tage. Mehr kann man eigentlich nicht sagen...

Exceptionnel

Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez Catherine et Franck à Noël. La location est impeccable en tout point. Le matériel de cuisine est fourni en quantité, la literie parfaite, la salle de bain toute neuve avec une grande douche. La terrasse donnant sur le jardin est un véritable atout, de l'autre coté de la maison : la mer. Le lieu : magique. Et surtout : Catherine et Franck sont des hÎtes formidables tant par leurs gentillesses, leurs disponibilités, souriants et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons les voir avec grande joie et plaisir immense. Un petit paradis prÚs des petites plages ! TrÚs bon accueil et authenticité !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans un gĂźte simple et confortable. Il n’y manquait rien ; cela fait plaisir de trouver du cafĂ© en arrivant ! Catherine nous a prodiguĂ© plein de bons conseils pour les visites, les restos... le top c’est notre petit bout de plage lĂ  tout prĂšs et si l’aventure nous gagne, de par ce magnifique endroit, nous gagnons d’autres plages et tout cela Ă  pied ! Et pour Ă©quilibrer : le shopping Ă  Carnac ; de belles boutiques ! Le marchĂ© nocturne les jeudis au Bourg, une magnifique Ă©glise, les crĂȘpes et samousas de Catherine et Franck...que de belles surprises aux cours de nos balades tant pour nos yeux que pour notre palais.

Eine hĂŒbsche kleine Wohnung, alles funktioniert. Die Lage in der Bucht ist bezaubernd. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, höflich, zuvorkommend. Nach Carnac ist es etwa 2 km. Einzig das Bett ist schmal fĂŒr 2 Personen.

Merci Ă  Catherine et Ă  son mari de l'accueil qu'ils nous ont rĂ©servĂ©. Le gite est nichĂ© au cƓur d'une ostrĂ©iculture, tenue par le frĂšre de Catherine, aussi accueillant qu'eux,. Le soir la vue sur le mĂŽle de Carnac est adorable et la balade autour des bassins, magique. Un mot pour le gĂźte lui mĂȘme, il est charmant, super bien tenu et fort agrĂ©able. En clair.... RĂ©servez....... tout est top.

Gut fĂŒr zwei

Die Angaben im Online Inserat waren im Wesenrlichen korrekt. Es fehlten allerdings BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher. Nach RĂŒckfrage bei den Vermietern erhielten wir diese auch ohne Probleme und ohne Zusatzkosten. Untypisch fĂŒr FerienhĂ€user in der Bretagne gab es keine KĂŒchenbasics wie SpĂŒllappen oder Salz/ Pfeffer etc. Das alles ist aber kein Problem, weil der Markt (Mi u. So) alles bietet, was man so braucht. Das Haus ist defintiv nicht fĂŒr vier Erwachsene geeignet und es ist auch nicht frei stehend, sondern eine Art Reihenhaus. Es gibt also noch andere FeriengĂ€ste in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir waren im Herbst dort und die eben genannten Punkte sind letztendlich fĂŒr uns alle nicht sehr kritisch gewesen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Zeit.
