It is an apartment, 200 meters from one of the best beaches in Valencia, with two swimming pools, one of large dimensions and adapted for people with disabilities, 7 tennis courts, playgrounds and social premises. The apartment has two bedrooms, large bathroom, kitchen, living room and a terrace with beautiful views of the Sierra de Espadán. North orientation, very cool. It is also very close to supermarkets and green areas.
