It consists of a living room with sofa bed, 55 "LED TV, air conditioning, wifi, perfectly equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, 4 burner glass plate, bathroom on the ground floor, washing machine, staircase leading to the bedroom with a 2 ° bathroom with shower and balcony. Bus stop at 100m.

The apartment is wonderfully panoramic and immersed in the typical lake nature, quiet and relaxing. The apartment is located in the historic center of the town surrounded by typical baroque and Romanesque buildings. Via Fratelli Cervi leads to a historic square below the typical Baroque church of Santa Maria della Cima. The apartment is 100 meters from the bus stop and 400 meters from the central square. Outdoor parking is free.
