Fully air conditioned house with wifi connection
House that can ideally accommodate a family of 4, a couple with 3 children.

Geographically well located. You can visit Corsica and go home at night. (30 km from Bastia, 15 km from Moriani, 75 km from Ile Rousse, 130 km from Porto Vecchio)

All the shops are at 6 km. (A grocery store at the entrance of the subdivision)

Restaurant with swimming pool and play structure 5min walk with theme party (free access to the pool if consuming ice cream or drinks) access to the bowling and tennis courts.

The surroundings offer a wide variety of leisure and activities between the sea and the mountains, many hiking trails, authentic villages to visit.

Documents on the summer tourist sports activities are available to you as well as the guides of the backpacker ..

Access in 5 minutes by a small path s age in front of the house. Large pine forest where it is good to picnic. Snack by the sea with deckchair.

Perfekt für Strandurlaub mit Hund! Nur 5 Min. zu Fuß durch ein kleines Wäldchen. Morgens einige Hunde am Strand getroffen. Nettes, einfaches Häuschen. Allerdings ist es sicher nur im Notfall für 6 Personen geeignet - beide Betten sind sehr durchgelegen, man kullert in die Mitte. Zum Glück gab es zum Ausweichen das Klappsofa im Wohnzimmer. Man sollte auch beachten, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer keine Tür hat. Leider hatte auch nach 1 Woche die Epicerie geschlossen, sowie das Restaurant schon von Beginn an. Es ist daher sehr abgelegen, was natürlich auch Vorteile hat. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Petite maison avec extérieur agréable, bien équipée, adaptée plutôt pour des adultes. La seconde chambre est en mezzanine, mais donnant sur le séjour. La proximité de la plage, à 5min à pieds, tranquille est un vrai plus.

Abseits vom Trubel

Am besten hat uns gefallen, dass man nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch durch die Macchia gleich an einem tollen Sandstrand war, den wir häufig für uns alleine hatten; Bäcker, Fußball- und Tennisplatz sowie Pool waren gleich um die Ecke; das Ferienhaus war einfach, aber mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Kleine Mängel wie Ameisen haben uns nicht weiter gestört; Roselyn hat uns bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Maison spacieuse très agréable et très bien située

La maison est très agréable avec son grand jardin. Roselyne nous a super bien accueilli en nous expliquant les environnements. Plage accessible à pied à travers la pinède. Piscine agréable. Et tout un tas de chose à faire dans les environs. Nous recommandons.

Exeptionnel

Grace aux instructions précises de l’hôte, c'est sans difficulté que nous avons trouvé le lieux d’hébergement, nous avons été accueilli par Roselyne qui tout de suite nous met à l'aise avec son sourire sa simplicité et son accent corse qui nous ensoleille. La maison était bien chauffée, des petites attentions trônaient fièrement sur le passe plat de la cuisine pendant que d'autres se rafraichissaient dans le frigo . Rien ne manquait, le charme et la fonctionnalité d'une maison de vacances, l'espace extérieur pour que notre Toutou se dégourdisse les pattes et de jolies sentiers menant à la Mer pour ses balades quotidiennes. et cerise sur le gâteau les serviettes les draps et les couvertures sont fournis ( c'est ça de moins à mettre dans la valise!!!!) Bref nous y reviendrons ...

Maison agréable, calme, spacieuse et très agréable d’avoir la machine à laver le linge . Pas très loin de la mer avec une superbe plage et piscine juste à quelques mètre de la maison Endroit très agréable pour ce reposer

Location très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines. La location est très bien située pour visiter la Haute Corse. Elle est agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée. La plage est à moins de 10min à pied, le chemin pour y accéder est plat et partiellement ombragé. L'accès à la piscine est un vrai plus. Et pour conclure Roselyne est charmante !

Nous avons été accueillis par notre hôte Roselyne, très sympathique, souriante et disponible, avec en prime des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La location est parfaite pour deux couples à 5 mn de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement pour de belles vacances en Corse

Ruhig und sehr schön

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sehr schön. Im Zimmer im ersten Stock befanden sich sogar Spielsachen. WLAN war etwas langsam, aber man ist ja im Urlaub.

Très belle location

Très jolie location climatisée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour magnifique . L'endroit est calme et est situé dans un petit lotissement .Nous avons apprécié le coté un peut sauvage de la plage qui se trouve a dix minutes a pieds si vous recherchez de la tranquillité l' endroit est parfait et en plus la propriétaire Roselyne est très accueillante . Nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat sich in allen Belangen trotz Sprachbarriere sehr bemüht. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und wunderschön. Ein Bett war für uns etwas durchgelegen, wir haben dann einfach das andere Schlafzimmer benutzt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotz den ein oder anderen kleineren Schwierigkeiten - (Stromausfall, Ameisen usw. ) sehr genossen und können das Haus empfehlen. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit

Séjour très sympa dans une maison très agréable

La maison est le reflet de sa propriétaire Roselyne, chaleureuse et accueillante et très bien équipée. Sa situation permet est un très bon point de départ de visiter toute la Haute Corse. Pour les amateurs de plage et la mer il y a tous ce qu’il faut à côté: 5 minutes à pied la mer très propre et très belle plage.

Petite maison calme

Excellent séjour

Maison agréable située à proximité d une grande plage peu fréquentée. Ça a été l occasion de découvrir la côte est et entre le cap Corse, le parc naturel , Bastia et les petits villages de montagne,bcp de possibilités d excursions et de découvertes.

Sous le soleil exactement...

Merveilleux endroit très accueillant et confortable pour profiter de la mer et de la montagne. La maison est climatisée et bien équipée. Le hameau se trouve vraiment a quelques pas de la plage par des sentiers très sympathiques. Roselyne est charmante et très réceptive à ses hôtes. Merci Nous reviendrons certainement.

Tolle ruhige Lage an tollem Strand

Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, sie holte uns an der letzten Kreuzung vor der Siedlung ab und zeigte den Weg zum Haus. Dort erwarteten uns kurdische Spezialitäten und eine kurze Einweisung. Das kleine Haus ist sehr praktisch aufgeteilt in eine kleine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohn-/Essbereich , und zwei Schlafzimmer. Um das gesamte Haus erstreckt sich eine uneinsehbare Terrasse, die zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten bietet. Das Meer ist zu Fuß gute 5 Minuten entfernt und bietet einen tollen sauberen Strand, der flach ins Meer abfällt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten.

A recommander !

La maison est agréable à vivre, simple et bien climatisée : idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances. La mer est vraiment toute proche. C'est parfait avec de jeunes enfants. Et l'on peut rayonner facilement pour visiter. Cerise sur le gâteau, Roselyne est vraiment très accueillante et prend soin de ses locataires !

Ne ratez pas cette location

Tout d'abord, je tiens à remercier Roselyne pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son accueil très chaleureux. La maison est situé dans un lotissement très très calme, ce qui est appréciable. L'annonce est conforme au descriptif, tout proche de la mer et les commerces sont à peine, à10 minutes en voiture. Je recommande vivement cette charmante maison. Sylvie G. .

Accueil chaleureux dans cette maison tout équipée

Roselyne nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et attentif. La maison est vraiment conforme à la description. Équipement très complets, propreté impeccable. L' axe Bastia - Aleria à proximité facilite les déplacements et nous avons pu rayonner et multiplier les balades.
