The house has panoramic windows, furniture in modern Scandinavian design and wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings, a 4-person sauna, wood-burning stove and ASTRA satellite reception. There is an LCD TV, hairdryer, iron and board. In 2013, a new bed and mattresses were added to the master bedroom as well as fly nets for the windows. The house also includes a partially covered and screened terrace (solarium) with access from the living room and an additional terrace with wall, as well as a jetty and a canoe (use of canoes is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). In the Water and Landscape Park and in the surrounding area there are good fishing opportunities. There is free fishing rights on the plot. The area also invites to activities such as jogging along the water or long walks and bike rides along the dike. Not least for families with children, there is plenty to do, here are e.g. both outdoor and indoor playgrounds. Otterndorf is an idyllic town with many typical half-timbered houses, shops, inns, restaurants etc. Deposit for youth groups is 500 Euro per person.
