The house has oil-fired furnace and a wood-burning stove. Tile floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. The living room is very spacious and bright due to the large windows. From the living room you have direct access to the open terrace where you can enjoy the sun in private as the plot is surrounded by plantings. There are swings and sandpit as well as a lowered trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
