Modern, comfortable and wheelchair-friendly apartment in the Ground floor with a view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. The apartment consists of an open sleeping area with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen-living area with dining area and Access to the terrace. Please note that the bedroom is not separated by a door or curtain. In the living room there is also a sofa bed with two more beds. One TV with Blu-Ray player and a music system with CD player for entertaining and a bioethanol fireplace for cozy warmth. The surrounding area is ideal for excursions in the harbour area or on the magnificent sandy beach, which is directly adjacent to the harbour area. On the nearby Bottsand headland is also a wonderful sandy beach, which is divided into a textile and a nudist area . Both the many sailboats and the container ships travelling to or from the Kiel Canal, characterize the picture, especially in the summer months. A special Experience that you can follow from the terrace or living room is the largest sailing event in the world: the Kiel Week. Thanks to the binoculars that are part of the apartment's inventory, you can Watch life on the water. Let yourself be captivated by the maritime atmosphere when you arrive at the Stroll through the harbour, or enjoy the evening atmosphere on your terrace, unless you prefer to experience the view from the living room, while the flames of the bio-fireplace spread warmth, cosiness and holiday mood. The furnishings can vary, among other things there are different types of coffee machines in the houses. A car parking space is also available. For our little guests, playgrounds are available on the newly designed promenade. There is an activity centre in the complex. Here, the kids can slide and climb in an indoor play area, among other things. A black light mini golf course is also available for young and old. Admission is free for you as DanCenter guests.
