Very close to all the theme parks, free shuttle to Disney, Universal and Sea World. We enjoyed a great week stay. Plenty of amenities at the resort. The staff was amazing, they would send us towels, etc minutes after we request. The price was great. We would love to come back and stay.

Other than taking an hour to get checked in (no fault of ours, just so many people checking in and Westgate was severely understaffed), the trip was great. The room and all common areas were clean and the staff was great!

Great Property

This is my second time staying here. The only issue that we had was the jet tub cut off after 2 minutes each time after getting it restarted. Other than that, it’s always a great experience. It’s located in a great location. Close to stores and restaurants.

I stayed here to attend a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. This was a great spot. Check in process is a bit slow. Our girls enjoyed themselves and we enjoyed the family chill time a couple of hours away from home. Renovations and upgrades were in progress but did not cause inconvenience. Overall nice stay.

Had a great time at The Westgate Resort. Will be staying here again. Was very satisfied with this stay. VRBO never contacted us back about rebooking from another home that canceled two days before our trip. Which is very disappointing .The Westgate was very accommodating especially at the last minute.
