Casa das Verbenas is a one bedroom duplex; with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, living room and kitchen downstairs.
Our House is ideal for a couple (with or without children) or a group up to 4 friends.
It is located in Cotovia, Sesimbra municipality, 5 minutes' drive from the village center and the beach.
In the living room there is a sofa, prepared to be used as a double bed (1.4x2.0 meters), with a mattress topper for greater comfort.
The house has the necessary amenities such as television, wifi, computer, heating, dryer, coffee maker, stove and microwave. It also has on the outside 3 porches, available for use, and barbecue.
Guests have access to the entire house as well as the exterior space in complete privacy.
In July and August, the price includes a parking card at California Beach Parking, with unlimited entrances and exits.

Des vacances idéales

Un grand Merci pour ce séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Les hotes sont charmants, disponibles et arrangeants. L'habitation est très fonctionnelle et propre. Elle permet de rayonner rapidement dans toute la péninsule et de faire énomément d'activités. Les plages sont très belle et la cote magnifique. Mes deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans ont vraiment apprécié de pouvoir découvrir la région de Setubal, Lisbonne, voire des dauphins et des chateaux dans une ambiance sereine et à courte distance. Encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Pleasant space with great host

Antonio was extremely accommodating, flexible, and gracious as my plans changed. He's as communicative and helpful as you need him to be. He lives close to the property and solves problems quickly. The space is pleasant and comfortable and modern, with fast internet. Close to grocery stores and the main commercial strip of the town, but far enough away to not have much traffic. My only complaint was a bar a couple doors down that can play loud music at times. But generally only during the day. The price is more than fair, and excellent hosts!
