Great location, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great balcony overlooking the square, perfect for breakfast under the awning and cocktail time people watching. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Attentive hosts. We had a wonderful 10 day stay.

Perfect location

While the balcony was narrower than I expected (my mistake), it was perfectly adequate on which to sit out and watch the world go by in this lovely, peaceful square. Coffee shops and restaurants below were excellent and their noise, not usually bad, was easily shut out when the doors were closed.

Beautifully furnished and perfect location!

Ismini was a delightful host and made us feel very welcome by being there to greet us. She gave us plenty of advice about places to visit and welcome little extras such as wine, nibbles, honey and biscuits. The spotless apartment was perfectly sited at the very edge of the old town with some super tavernas just a few strides away. We were able to explore the town easily on foot and the bus station was only a 30 minute stroll away to explore further afield. The beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony great for sundowners and a spot of people watching. Delightful!

Casa Spilia was the home of my dreams. The space was roomy enough for me and my family, well air-conditioned and perfectly located in the heart of Corfu Town. Having the space as a homebase, made our travels around the town and island super seamless. We loved having a kitchen to make dishes when we didn’t want to go out, and enjoying the living room to de brief on all the amazing things we saw during the day.Working with the host Rodolfo was wonderful as he was super communicative and provided us with great insights about how we could enjoy the island like locals.Overall, I look forward to my next adventure in Corfu and staying at this amazing place again. I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Spilia to any of my friends and family who are looking to explore this magical island for themselves.

We loved Casa Spilia and having a home in the heart of Old Town Corfu. The balcony was our favorite spot. It was fun to watch the square wake up in the mornings and the goings on all day. Convenient to the marina, we walked to our boating excursion. Convenient to a zillion great restaurants and shops. The host shared many suggestions of where to go which was appreciated. Freshly decorated, modern, clean and we felt very safe. The host acted quickly when we had a hot water issue. He said, I’ll be there in 15 minutes! And, he was. Highly recommend. Wish I could go back tomorrow!

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything in Old Town - many good restaurants, the Fortress, etc. And we had no problem parking along the street next to the unit. Very good communication with the host. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. Overall, very good!

Urlaub auf Korfu

Sehr schöne geschmackvolle Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick auf einen wunderschönen Platz mit Restaurants und einer alten Kirche. Die Lage ist ideal um in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen.

Explore Corfu's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its ancient side streets, and drive over the hill of Kanoni, where you discover Pontikonisi (meaning Mouse Island). Admire the greenery around you, as well as the tall trees. Visit the palace of Achilleion; admire its beautiful statues and explore the Imperial gardens, which provide you with a majestic view of the nearby green hills and Ionian Sea. The palace and its surroundings abound with statues and paintings of Achilles, as well as both heroic and tragic images from the Trojan War.
