Grayhawk 3 bedroom condo

What a fabulous property this was! It was so clean and decorated so nicely, it felt very comfortable. The back patio overlooks one of the 3 pools and the complex was very quiet. Plenty of places to walk in the neighborhood with beautiful views. The kitchen is very well stocked and the owners were fabulous to work with! They provided a great list of nearby restaurants, hiking trails and condo codes. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great condo; great owners

This condo is great. It’s in a wonderful location and beautifully furnished. The owners were incredibly helpful and very communicative. The porch overlooking the pool is fantastic — we spent a lot of time relaxing on it.

Excellent Communication

We chose this rental because of the proximity to the Mayo Clinic where a family member was entering hospice. While enroute from FL, we received word that he has passed. As you might expect, our plans changed drastically. Our hosts, Lisa and Dave worked with us to accommodate the changes we needed to deal with our new situation. We could not have been more grateful. Even after our stay had ended, Dave kept in touch with us to ensure that everything was good. Lisa and Dave were excellent hosts who genuinely cared for their guests. Now, about the unit... Clean, neat and well kept. We were amazed at how the unit was stocked - all the usual items and LOTS more. If I had to say anything negative about the unit it would be that it was on the second floor. Not a problem for younger guests but it could pose a difficulty for older guests. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location

Had medical care at Mayo Clinic Hospital and this was perfect. Great location, nice community and plenty of things to do close by. Communication with the owner couldn't have been better.

Wonderful property, great location, well maintained!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location is awesome and the property has everything you could need. We loved being on the second floor overlooking the beautiful pool and landscaping. Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with. We highly recommend this property!

Great complex, ideal location, very nice Condo!

We looked for a condo to use for a month long stay in the Scottsdale area and we came upon this specific unit. It was in an ideal area with plenty of excellent restaurants, golf, shopping; hiking and other interests nearby. The pool was right below for easy access and the complex was beautiful. The condo itself had all the amenities needed for a month long stay and was modern and well kept. The owner Lisa was a pleasure to deal with and very accessible. Hoping to stay there again next year! Would highly recommend this rental unit!

Wonderful, comfortable, highly recommendable condo

This beautiful condo was just what the Dr. ordered for my father and myself. We were in Phoenix for six weeks of treatment at the Mayo Clinic which was just a few short miles away. The condo made what was already going to be a tough time much more bearable. It was a comfortable haven to walk into after a long day at the hospital. We would both walk in the door and give an audible sigh of relief. I enjoyed having the workout room a short walk from the condo and the swimming pool was just as close. The grocery store a quick 10 minutes from our location and enjoyable restaurants just down the street! I would highly recommend this specific condo that offered cable,apple and Amazon television. It was great to be able to park my car in the garage to keep it out of the sun. If this condo worked so well for us in a tough situation, it will be fabulous for a vacation trip!

A lovely condo

My husband and I spent the month of February at this lovely condo. It is very clean, updated, spacious, nicely furnished and made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. The covered porch overlooking the pool was very enjoyable and quiet during our stay. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for us.

Dave and Lisa are excellent hosts. They really made their home feel like a second home to me. If I had any issues, which there were only a few minor ones that were beyond their control, they handled them immediately.
