First of all, we picked this house because you can walk into town. has stated. It was about a 30 minute walk. There were NO SMOKE alarms upstairs. The kitchen floor is pulling up in alot of places. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom have been updated. The BBQ was not what we were expecting couldn't tell if it was charcoal or propane.
Checking in and Out was extremely easy and the location was amazing. Great spot if you want to enjoy a peaceful weekend with friends and family and enjoy the fair or just do some wine tours. and its just a short 30 minute drive from beautiful coastline!!
The property was clean and the living spaces were comfortable. It was possible for everyone (7 of us) to sit together around the dining table and in the living room.
Some other reviewers complained that the place was noisy but we did not find that to be true. It seems a nice community with lots of trees and nice outdoor area.
House was really old and did not do very good maintenance such as screen door was falling off I could see dust sitting on furniture.
Very limited amenities and low quality
only good thing about here is a location
Place showed owner tried but with quite a few misses in renovations. Cleaning needs to be better, showed bathroom w blood stain when checked in. Good location, close to downtown but not too close to be disturbed by traffic and noices.
This home is close to downtown Paso and the fairgrounds. The accommodations are very adequate. The beds were comfortable. They do need new outdoor furniture. That Paso sun is hard on outdoor furniture. Safe neighborhood.
We had 7 adults comfortably staying at the property. The kitchen is a good size and stocked well. Adjacent and open to the kitchen was a large table for everyone to sit and eat together. There was a deck that wrapped around part of the home with two sliding doors that opened to the deck on two ends for great air flow. Lastly, the three full bathrooms makes this property the perfect vacation stay for a large party of adults. If you are visiting Paso Robles or the surrounding area and looking for a place large enough to accommodate a party of up to 10 people, I highly recommend this property.
Great value for your stay. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you need to help you feel right at home. Quiet neighborhood and great communication with the property owners. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay a short walk into downtown and a short drive to great wineries.
The house is in a great location. It's a quiet neighborhood, but an easy walk into town. We loved seeing the deer on the hillside. Beds are very comfortable. For eight adults, there were not enough towels, not enough toilet paper, and not enough wine glasses or dinner plates. Seating in the living room was also pretty tight for eight people without having to drag in a chair or two. However, we definitely enjoyed our stay.
Our weekend stay coincided with the recent heat wave where it hit 115F during the day so your experience may be different.
Great location, just a 10 minute walk to downtown Paso, and we walked to an from downtown several times day and night as it was quicker then waiting for an Uber.
The house had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and we speant more time than usual inside due to the heat. he beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown by foot.
A few minor things to be aware of, sound travels easily throughout the house so if your downstairs taking a nap you can hear quite easily what's going on upstairs and/or what's going on outside. The temperature downstairs is about 10 degree cooler then upstairs, and the main entrance has a lot of stairs that seem particularly steep after a late night. Other that that we had a great time and would stay here again.
This VRBO is great for a group of 8 and has all the amenities you need. We had plenty of space in the living areas and the location is great for visiting Paso Robles!
This house is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to downtown. It’s a very easy 10 minute walk to downtown. I also really liked that this house has 3 full bathrooms which is a huge plus when sharing with couples. The only thing i did not like about the house is it that it’s a little loud as far as hearing noise from other areas of the house. If someone is snoring in another room you can hear it. Other then that i loved the location and 3 bathrooms. I would stay again.
Owner is very pleasant and accommodating. The property and amenities are described accurately. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property and owner. It is a great value, and centrally located. Thank you, Edgar!
The home was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Perfect for two families to share and have their own spaces split on two levels. The location was very convenient and we enjoyed our stay.
The house was big enough to fit our whole family on the trip. The location of the house was close to everything and the house had everything that we needed. I would greatly recommend this property.
It is a perfect home very close to downtown Paso Robles. On a very quiet street, it's great for a family weekend up to 9 pp. The 3 baths definitely are a plus. Kitchen has generous selection of cookware, utensils. It's also convenient to the wineries.

Great for large family group but not the best sound proofing
This property worked for our family of 8 as we attended a wedding. Good location! Only complaint is that lower bedrooms could hear noise from upper floor, so not best for people trying to sleep in.

Great house for a large quiet family group
The property was a great property. But make sure you close the windows if you talk loud or plan to stay up late. The noise carries. We were a group of women in our late 40s and were told we were too loud. Unsettling for sure, and I would hate to have someone feel that way also.
Paso was a great getaway and the home was perfectly located just a quick drive away from many wineries and downtown.

Loved the property! Roomy and comfortable. Would stay again.
We stayed here for a family wedding and it was a great experience! We added to our party and they were happy to give us more towels. Easy to work with group! Only (nit-picky) negatives are some cleaning issues. Ceiling fans had dirty blades, and some bedspreads are due for laundering. Saw a couple of spiders and quite a few webs, but not a deal breaker. Can’t help spiders.....
