This house has plenty of living space. It comes with a pool and Broil King BBQ and wood fire pit for unforgettable evenings with your family and close friends.

5 to 15 minutes from five amazing golf courses and very nearby beautiful beaches for surfing, kite surfing, and windsurfing.
5 minutes from the nearest beach by car.
Located in a very quiet and high end neighborhood.
Very big garden and mini football field, mini basketball area and media room to entertain children (and adults).

Spend your days wandering beneath the olive and palm trees in the garden on extra-large lounge beds reading by the pool.
Lots of parking space but Uber works very well locally.
Included every morning 3 hours of general housekeeping.

Kids will be thrilled to see that this Villa has a mini football field, mini basketball court, ping pong table and the pool outside. While indoors there is a fully equipped cinema room with Netflix and Apple tv.

Yoga lessons and Muhai Tai lessons can be arranged on request at the villa too.

A perfect Villa for Family vacation. This property has everything: Beautiful design. Great swimming pool. Fun playground and soccer field for kids. Everything you need. The location is perfect near beaches. Highly recommend!

Excellent Visit

A very positive experience. The house and environs lived up to the listing and more. With a group of 10, we wanted to be together and still have room and we were able to do that. Miguel, our host, met us on arrival, was helpful and available when needed to answer questions during our stay. Great place.

Great 50th anniversary celebration!

The property was great for our multi aged group of 14. We interspersed our time between excursions and down time at the house. The many activities provided (pool, ping pong, basketball, soccer, jungle gym, trampoline, etc ) kept everyone occupied when at home. It was a delightful way to visit the area and still relax. You do need a car to get around.

Beautiful property, lovely owners

The property is the home of the Stucky family and it feels very much like a family home, albeit a large one. The house and the property are extensive and it has great personality, reflecting the character of the owners. It is very much art inspired and possesses every facility you could imagine. A true home from home. The owner Miguel is very responsive to even the smallest request and the housekeeper, Fernanda, is a delight and a very hard worker. Hard to imagine a better property for six adults and four young children.

Beautiful house in a great residential location

We had a great time in the house, the decor is as beautiful as the photos suggest and the facilities are first class. We particularly enjoyed the way the house has big socialising areas as well as separate parts for the kids to hang out or for downtime. Miguel is an excellent host, we were able to put our bags in the house ahead of check-in time and he responded immediately to any questions or queries. He was also right about Uber availability in the area which worked perfectly for trips out during the day and night. The daily cleaner was also really nice and professional. For anyone not familiar with the area, it was a short (less than 30 mins) drive from Lisbon airport and there is a good mix of local towns, beaches and some great restaurants, plus a really nice shopping mall. For what we were looking for it was perfect, though I spent most of my time by the pool!

Marvellous villa with plenty of activity

Our stay at the villa was really great. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to Cascais center as well as Sintra and by car you can reach a lot of tourist destinations such as Lisboa and marvellous beaches. The Villa itself has a wonderful design, and, being several families with children (over 12 years), it is the perfect place to come together at the big eating table outside, at the swimming pool, doing bbq, around the fire at night, playing ping pong or football, but at the same time everyone has its own space and privacy in the individual and very original rooms… it is a place with heart and soul, and we really have been feeling very much like being at home.
