Wonderful stay over the holidays! Close to everything with great amenities (heated pool, lit tennis courts, bacci&shuffleboard).

Nice condo!

We were in town for a tournament at IMG Academy, and this was a great location for us. Close to the facility and a very comfortable setting. Would definitely book it again.

Good for a week at IMG

There were a few issues with the stove not working and the cleaning of one of the bathrooms. But over all it was a good stay and issues were addressed.

Great location but not the best unit

I have stayed 6 other times at Shorewalk and love the place. This unit had several problems that the management addressed promptly. We had a worker in the unit 5 out of 8 days which did impact the trip. I asked for compensation from the owner but did not receive a reply. As a property owner, I would compensate renters if my property wasn’t ready to rent.

Spring Break

The condo itself was spacious and had enough room for our family of four. The condo was equipped with plenty of towels for pool time and in the master closet we were very pleased to find beach chairs and sand toys to take on our trips to the beach. Updates to the condo would be greatly appreciated, such as larger televisions, a tv in the master room and more up to date furniture. A deep clean, repaint, patching of some holes would also be appreciated. Luckily, with a Publix and Walmart, so close by, we were able to pick up some toiletry items needed for the bathroom, such as Kleenex, laundry soap, soap and shampoo and some better toilet paper.Our family enjoyed the various facilities such as the pools, hot tubs, shuffleboard, basketball hoops, pickleball courts and ping pong table. Although, the poolside attendants were a little overwhelming with rules and making sure the environment was calm and quiet for the majority of elderly residents. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would consider returning. The host was nice to give us a later checkout with our flight leaving later.

Not as advertised

Property not well kept up. Manager there says nothing been repaired or updated in at least twelve years. Baseboard rotted Ceiling stained from leaks twelve years ago. Sink and bathroom stoppers missing dirty carpets. It is advertised as " on the beach". It is actually 8 miles from the beach. We were unable to get our mail or pills delivered because the management of the property said we didn't rent from them but through the owner. We rented through Paradise vacation rentals not through shorewalk which is where we were. Also when we rented we were led to believe the unit was on Anna Maria Island. It's not, it's in the city of Brandenton.

Perfect rental!

We were in Bradenton for my son’s baseball trip to IMG. The location was perfect. The property was exactly as listed… clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with paper products and cleaning products. Check in was also very easy. We will most likely be taking this trip every year, and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing us a perfect place to stay!

Neglected unit

This property needs attention. Carpets were dirty and worn. Door/ handles loose, and dirty. Vertical blinds old and difficult to operate. Kitchen well stocked. Water stains on ceiling in master. Baseboards need major attention. Property nice, but probably wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Not family friendly. Amenities were more of a hassle to use than accessible.

Office personnel made it difficult to enjoy any of the amenities. Felt as though they discriminated against us due to being young with kids. Beds in Condo very firm.

Comfortable & convienent

We were in Florida for a National tournament for soccer. This property was perfect for our needs! The conveniences of “home” allowed us to enjoy the competition, while providing our daughter with a comfortable setting to rest and prepare for her games.

Comfortable & well cared for

The owner has obviously considered everything needed for your stay; the apartment is just as pictured. We saw some interesting birds and waterfowl on the waterway outside our window. (Roseated spoonbill, egrets, heron, ducks...) Our main irritations were dealing with the many rules of the condo management. Although there were very few guests we had to make an appointment to use the shuffleboard equipment and the one gas grill which closed at 8PM. Don't count on amenities being available.

The property was clean and was well stocked. It was in a quiet area but we had to drive to everything. It could use some updates, a carpet shampoo and fresh paint would help and maybe a roku or something that offered streaming options.

Very clean, great location

While the Covid restrictions on the pool/clubhouse hampered our ability to enjoy the on-site facilities, the location and proximity to the beaches made up for it. The condo was perfectly clean, with plenty of cleaning products to maintain that during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and linens were premium - would recommend!

Not a good experience

The plumbing in master BR didn’t work, plumbers never came. Beds were too small and hard as rocks. Screen was old and damaged. There was no balcony although the pictures make you think there is one. Note to self and others; forget this place. Charged way too much. Would rather stay in a hotel. Water and mold damage everywhere including the ceilings.
