Beautiful Executive Suite with floor to ceiling windows, Spacious deck with seating for four , The accommodations are suitable for five people , Steps to downtown Bernard via a short walk through the bird sanctuary and the board walk or along water street.

Waterscapes is beautiful lakeside community in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Enjoy vacationing in a first class facility with stunning amenities all within a short walk to the beach. A great place to stay and play just minutes from over 60 restaurants, Prospera Place, Lakeside Casino, the wine museum, the Kelowna Community Theatre, the Yacht Club and much more.

The resort features a 4000 sq foot amenity center with swimming pool , Two hot tubs, fitness and yoga center, putting green, billiards room and a library.

All Contemporary and high end Décor, The Master bedroom features a Queen size canopy bed with ensuite bath with soaker tub and separate shower . The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The living room area has a 55” inch Smart TV , Wifi , Netflix , Prime and a Bose stereo compatible with a smart phone . The second three piece washroom has a shower only. We are in the Waterscapes Skye Tower on the third floor facing sunset drive over the water feature. Easy two flights up or down to avoid the elevator. Convenient underground parking spot close to the elevator or exit to the street. Underground parking clearance is 6'8" high.

There is a $500 damage deposit required on reservations through VRBO that is refunded 7 days after departure. There is also $95 cleaning fee for every booking. **** Check in is after 4 pm, check out is 10 am , We can accommodate an earlier check in or later check out only if we do not have a check out/in the same day

This is a beautiful well maintained property located in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool is a brief walk away as is the beach and numerous restaurants. It felt like we were staying in a resort. Flora helped us check in. She was helpful and very informative. We enjoyed this area and property so much we’ve booked it again for next year.

Gorgeous condo in fabulous location!

Condo was fabulous, exactly as pictures and outfitted with everything needed for a week away (including beach/pool towels!). We were two couples and had more than enough space! Pool and hot tubs a minute walk away, quiet beach 5 mins walk away, downtown 15-20 mins walk. Host was very responsive to answering questions. If we're ever back in Kelowna we'll look at staying here again!
