Belle locatiin bien équipée avec salon exterieur et coin repas extérieur. Lieu tres agreable spacieux et confortable . Merci à Mme Sanchez pour son accueil simple ,raffiné et sa discretion . Situeé a 15 mn dela plage de St Pierre ,la location est un bon compromis entre plage et randonnées .

Propriété nous a bien reçu.Très propre appartement spacieux bien aménagé mais gros problème avec la télévision mauvaise connexion souvent coupé dommage tout était parfait sinon

Séjour de rêve

Si vous hésitez à sélectionner ce logement, n hésitez plus c est le bon. Il est très bien équipé même si la propriétaire est au dessus, elle se fait la plus discrète possible, vous ne la voyez jamais cela ne l empêche pas d être présente dés que vous avez besoin d un renseignement. Nous y avons passé deux super mois et nous aurions aimé pouvoir prolongé notre séjour si notre emploi du temps nous l aurez permis. Bravo pour ce bel endroit

Très sympa !

Des échanges avec notre hôtesse aux services proposés : ce fut très agréable. Prévoir effectivement une voiture parce qu’autant les hauts de Mont Vert sont jolis, autant cela est un peu éloigné des transports les plus réguliers.

Belle vue, belle maison.

Très beau cadre dans les hauteurs avec vue sur mer et sur saint Pierre. Une maison avec piscine très agréable et très paisible pour se reposer en famille. A noter toutefois que la maison de la propriétaire est mitoyenne et très proche.

Belle maison, bien equipee, mais Il y a toujours les 4 chiens bruyants du prioritaire qui sont la jour et nuit, seul (gros) bemol pour cette belle maison de vacances un peu loin de tout quand meme

J'ai pris connaissance que mes chiens vous avez dérangé, le jour de votre départ par mon voisin, et m'en suis excusée par texto. Je regrette que de tout votre séjour vous ne m'ayez rien signalé. Il semblerait que les chiens aient aboyé après un chat qui rôdait dans les jardins. Le nécessaire a été fait pour l'en dissuader (dispersion de répulsif, douches froides au tuyau d arrosage). Sinon, les chiens sont tous équipés d un collier antiaboiement en permanence. Pour leur bien-être, j ai tendance à ne pas trop les forcer, j'aurai pu en modifier le réglage, si nécessaire. Les chiens ne sont pas « là «, mais vivent dans le logement et le jardin du propriétaire. La journée, ils passent la plupart de leur temps à dormir vautrés dans le canapé du salon, à attendre mon retour. La nuit, ils dorment dans la maison. Ils n’ont pu perturber votre sommeil, sinon le mien. Encore une fois, dommage que vous ne m'ayez pas parlé du sujet. «Loin de tout" !!! A 12mn du centre-ville de St-Pierre, 10mn de Petite-Ile, 15 mn du Tampon, 7mn de la 4 voies du Sud, au carrefour des circuits les plus prisés du Sud sauvage, volcan... Pharmacie à 5mn, Grandeboulangerie/patisserie/snack/primeur à 7mn 3 restaurants dont 2 étoilés à 500m et 1km. Médecin et infirmier à -1km, hôpital de S-Pierre à 12mn

Très chouette maison, très spacieuse, très bien équipée et très agréable. Magnifique piscine. Super terrasse avec vue sur la piscine. Magnifique vue sur St Pierre, notamment pour le coucher de soleil. Idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région. Le point qui peut être légèrement négatif est qu'il faut prendre sa voiture pour aller dans les commerces ou en ville (éloigné de qqes km du centre). Très agréable contacts avec la propriétaire et grande facilité de s'arranger avec. A conseiller sans hésitation.
