Beautifully decorated beach house with a 3 minute walk to a year round private beach - family and dog(s) friendly with lot's of activities (boating, swimming, sea glass searching, snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, whale watching, golfing, lots of dining) in the surrounding area. This charming year round home with private fenced in yard and fire pit is the perfect relaxing place for you and your beach pup, a great getaway for couples, a golf weekend, a friends get together, or a small family with a well mannered pet. There are lots of nearby trails for walking, hiking and biking up and down the Rte 3A Coast. The house is only 6 miles to the bridge(s) for Cape Cod for a quick fun day trip to the Cape, Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket! Plymouth's Downtown Waterfront offers dozens of fantastic dining options, historic sites, ghost walks, crafts, jewelry and music festivals, exciting whale watching trips, and a quick Ferry ride to the outermost tip of the Cape, Provincetown for a day of strolling around...

The home offers 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom has two twin beds (one is in loft), there is also an enclosed porch with a full aerobed mattress and pretty decor. The house sleeps 4/5 comfortably and has 1 full bathroom. Also has a full downstairs living area to relax, chill out on the couch and big screen TV or enjoy our beautiful enclosed farmers porch in the front of the house to relax and read and watch TV or just enjoy the ocean breeze thru the multiple windows. There is parking for 2/3 cars Maximum and NO on street parking. A large kitchen and dining area and a tiered back deck with a private backyard for entertaining. Please ask owner about the Maximum number of guests allowed / any additional fees for additional overnight adult guests and pets.

Additional info: There is a $100 pet fee per pet/stay and pet(s) must be approved by owner in advance of arrival date. There is a ring camera located on driveway side of house for security. Please inform us of any “additional guests” an extra charge of $100/night will be applied and the max number for the house is 6 occupants (4 Adults) and approval for more is required in advance of rental date. No smoking or vaping on premises. Check In time is 4pm and Check Out Time is 10am. There is a 100% absolutely no smoking /vaping policy indoor and outdoor on the property.

A clean, well appointed, and lovingly decorated cottage in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach. We had a wonderful time and would stay again in a heartbeat. We did not bring our dogs, but bonus points for being so welcoming to pets on top of it all!

Great place

Love the beach, backyard was fantastic. The owner thought of everything, not only for the people but dog as well. It was hot but all the fans helped. Our little Luna had a great time.

Beautiful beach getaway

We loved our stay so much! We celebrated my husbands 30th and spent a few days just relaxing at the beach and around the fire pit. It was so great we were able to bring our dog and even better that the beach was pet friendly. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Wonderful Stay!

My wife, 2 dogs, three kids, and I had a lovely time staying here! The house looks even better in person than in the pictures and the beach is close by, calm, and lots of fun. My kids especially loved all the solar powered lights scattered around the property, watching them all come on our first night was magical.

Perfectly Quaint Getaway

The house was in the most convenient and quiet location and a quick 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. The fenced in backyard was a relaxing oasis and thoughtfully designed. The house had everything you’d need from hand soap to dishwasher detergent. Lisa was very easy to get in contact with.

Nice Quite Spot close the the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The work the home owners are doing in the backyard is stunning! Definitely gives a resort/ hotel feel to the property. This house is perfect for dogs with a fully fenced in yard. The beach near by is very nice not busy and the sand is super soft. The only thing we found challenging was cooking in the house. There were several frying pans but we could only find one pot.. which made it difficult to boil multiple meal items at the same time. Thanks again!

A Lovely Stay

This cottage is very quaint and charming with some beautiful upgrades. The curb appeal is outstanding, the back yard is stunning and spacious, and the interior is very cute and comfortable. It's a quick walk to a private neighborhood beach, which was nicely sandy and had mellow waves - never too crowded and we couldn't get enough - and the cottage had plenty of nice beach amenities if you forgot your own. In general, we had everything two adult couples needed for a very pleasant stay. One important note, though, there is no air conditioning, so be prepared for a warm, humid situation if you're staying in peak July or August. Just something to note. Overall, a wonderful stay and worth the booking. Thank you!

Great Little Cottage by the Beach!!

This was a great home to stay at while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Even more wonderful was the ability to bring our dog! Perfectly comfortable, quaint, nicely decorated, dog friendly cottage a two minute walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. It was perfect! Thank you, Lisa!!

Great summer stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is well stocked for a beach vacation, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard is great for evenings. Lisa was very easy to deal with.

Great stay in Manomet

We had a great 11 days at Lisa & Floyd beach cottage. We walked to the private beach everyday & sometimes several times … sunrises are something to see…. We had 2 adult friends join us for 2 days … the house had everything we needed to host them and for our entire stay. The deck and back yard provided wonderful space to relax. Lisa & Floyd communicate very well and are available should you have questions or needs. An enjoyable stay !!

Nice Private Beach Getaway

This place was a nice getaway. The beach was just a short walk and the outside area was really relaxing. The kitchen was huge and we spent a lot of our time in there. Big plus that a washer and dryer were available. Master bedroom has a full bed, other bedroom has a twin bed and then a twin up in a loft. Full size air mattress out on the porch. It worked out well for us. Scarce on washcloths and hand towels.

Charming Cottage with Beach Nearby!

Beach at end of the road was more private and quieter than we expected. You can see right across the Bay to P-Town. The kids had lots of fun at the beach - the smaller waves here weren't intimidating for them. Bring water shoes - lots of rocks. Property is very close to other beach areas, bridges to the Cape, and excursions to Plymouth. Lots to do nearby! Communication with owner was very easy.

Wonderful little cottage in a great neighborhood!

We were very pleased with this property and the neighborhood. The biggest surprise is that the pictures of the beach don't do it justice! WOW! The location is excellent for both those who want to enjoy a quiet New England cottage near the water or those who want to travel into Plymouth for the history and shopping. The listing itself was accurate and as we brought along our fur baby too, we especially appreciated the pet-friendly touches :-) For those looking to stay here too, we highly recommend it. Just note, even in June, the seabreeze can be quite cool, so bring a light jacket or a sweater. Again, an excellent rental!

Great first trip to Manomet

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach (end of the street), Plymouth, the Cape, and Boston! It was a great spot to explore so many fun spots. The fenced yard was fantastic for our kids and 2 pups. Lisa thought of everything and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches she left for us!

Beach house getaway

We had a great stay at this beautifully decorated beach house. The house had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for the 5 adults and one child who were staying in the house. We loved the beach and the neighborhood and neighbors were also great! Lisa is a great host!

Pet Friendly Beach Getaway!

My husband, friends, fur baby, and I enjoyed our 1 week stay at this cute, cozy, beach house! We were a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach! We spent a few nights by campfire in the backyard, and enjoyed many local restaurants! The owners have decorated this house adorably, and we truly had a great time!
