A bit small, not walking dictance from the sea 2km at least that is to far for all off your stuff. Parking is free but really bizzy. Owners were nice.

Accueil trÚs chaleureux, propriétaires trÚs sympathiques, polis, courtois et présents pour leurs clients (nous avons eu un problÚme de voiture, le propriétaire nous est venu en aide sans hésitation).L'appartement est trÚs pratique, trÚs bien agencé et à proximité, de la mer comme de la ville, ainsi que des navettes maritimes. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, si nous venons a retourner dans la ville en vacances nous n'hésiterons pas à re réserver si ce dernier est disponible !! Nous le recommandons donc les yeux fermés

Toller Aufenthalt in La-Seyne-sur-mer

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem wunderschönen, liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, boten Hilfe an und gaben uns wertvolle Tipps. Mit der Ausstattung des Objekts waren wir zufrieden. Es war alles da, was man im Alltag benötigt. Auch der Ort selbst ist sehr schön und mit Kindern gut zu entdecken. Lediglich den etwas lĂ€ngeren Fußweg zum Strand fanden die Kinder anstrengend. eg s waren wir zufrieden.

Séjour agréable à La Seyne

Accueil chaleureux par Nicolas. Manque de transats dans le jardin. Le poisson proposé par Nicolas est bien frais mais pas à un tarif spécialement avantageux. Situation sympa proche du ponton Tamaris pour accéder à Toulon en bateau-navette.

Nous avons cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée de la maison des propriétaires. Propriétaires trÚs sympathiques qui nous accueillent avec le sourire pour nous faire visiter. A 2 pas de la plage des sablettes. Appart trÚs propres et trÚs bien équipé

1 Woche Entspannung

Wir waren 6 Leute(2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) und die Unterkunft war super. Der Vermieter hat bei sĂ€mtlichen Fragen gerne weitergeholfen. Die örtliche Umgebung war ebenfalls toll. Man konnte den Strand und die Restaurants fußlĂ€ufig sehr gut erreichen. AusflĂŒge waren mit dem Boot auch sehr gut zu planen. Es war fĂŒr jeden etwas dabei. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es jedem Urlauber nur empfehlen!!!

Accueil trĂšs moyen voir nul cette propriĂ©tĂ© correspond Ă  une location ordinaire sans Ă©toiles IntĂ©rieur moyen ( exemple chaises de salle complĂštement vĂ©tuste Bonne Ă  la dĂ©chĂšterie +++) ( extĂ©rieur barbecue dangereux qui tient trĂšs trĂšs mal debout et que deux transats pour quatre adultes sans matelas)au dessus du bruit de bonheur le matin pas de climatisation problĂšme de parking (que des toutes toutes petites voitures surtout pas de suv )le propriĂ©taire n’a pas le sens du relationnel pas aimable trĂšs déçu de cette location Ă  oublier

Séjour en famille trÚs agréable.

Le bas de cette villa est au calme et complĂštement indĂ©pendante. Tout est bien Ă©quipĂ©. Bien qu'un peu excentrĂ©s, vous ĂȘtes quand mĂȘme proche du bord de mer et des activitĂ©s.

Jolie villa avec belle terrasse

Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse ombragée ainsi que du barbecue. Non loin de la plage des sablettes (1 km) et des commerces. Marché nocturne tous les soirs et animation.

Toulon est superbe!!!!!

La maison terrea est belle,domage qui ces impossible de utilize le jardin devant ; ca appartient ao proprietarie qui utilise devant pour gare les voiture et derriere aussi pour la pscine... donc ... mas en passe un week end magnifique , la region est superbe. je retounerai a toulon, mais dans un hotel avec le confort necessaire. merci beaucoup

Excellente situation gĂ©ographique et description conforme Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Appartement trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Par contre, Aucun accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et communication uniquement par sms...peut-ĂȘtre due Ă  la pandĂ©mie...nous n’avons jamais vu les propriĂ©taires qui habitent pourtant au dessus...dommage ! On aurait pu partager une coupe compte tenu des fĂȘtes de fin d’annĂ©e...business is business...

Je recommande

logement bien Ă©quipĂ©. situation pratique. en face de l'embarcadĂšre bateau rĂ©seau mobilitĂ©, pour se rendre a Toulon (1 euro le voyage), arrĂȘt de bus Ă  cotĂ© de la maison pour se rendre en cƓur de ville et partout sur le reseau bus qui va de six fours Ă  Toulon. sinon, commerce a 15' a pied, tout comme la plage des sablettes et ses nombreux restaurants et bars. La maison est donc au calme, loin du brouhaha touristique estival. Terrasse agrĂ©able pour le repos, et les repas. Bon plan: le propriĂ©taire est pĂȘcheur ;-) donc poissons frais livrĂ©s a domicile.
