LAZZARO (15 km south of Reggio Calabria) Mar Jonio, independent apartment part of a villa with direct access to the sea which is about 150 meters away, with garden and veranda for exclusive use. Composed of a living room with kitchenette, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an air-conditioned double bedroom and a second air-conditioned bedroom. Finely furnished and complete with all accessories: washing machine, cookware, etc.
Max 5 beds. TV, washing machine, wifi, table on the veranda, barbecue and outdoor shower. Private parking inside the villa closed by an automatic gate. In the area: restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream parlor. In the village: all the conveniences (supermarkets, pharmacy, railway station, etc.) Free beach or equipped beach.
Rent also for short periods.
Pets are not allowed.
