The holiday home offers a wonderful swimming pool area with a swimming pool of approx. 18 m². The pool area has large glass windows, providing plenty of light and warmth. Ground floor: Practically arranged with a combined kitchen/dining area with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. In addition, the ground floor has a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and comfortable underfloor heating. Bedroom with two single beds as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 1st floor: The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels as well as free internet. There is also the possibility of sleeping accommodation for two people in the living room. From the living room there is direct access to a balcony with panoramic views of the Limfjord and Livø. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and direct access to another balcony overlooking the surrounding area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Furthermore, there is a guest bathroom with toilet and washbasin, as well as a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and spa bath. There are many cosy spots on the large 2,650 m² natural plot, including a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy your dinner while the sun sets over the area. There is also a charming garden pavilion where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. A unique holiday home that should be experienced. At the house there is a connection for an electric car: CEE plug IEC-60309: 5-pin, 3-phase with 16A. Adapter required. Hvalpsund is a lovely holiday area close to a beach, golf course and marina. There are good shopping facilities and a restaurant within walking distance, as well as a charming harbour environment by the fjord.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
