Soft beds. Perfect for the active visitor. Escape the heat, cold, traffic and crowds. Bring your horse to ride on the beach. Activities like kayaking, surfing, stand up paddle, bike rides, wine tasting, golf, fishing and photography. Patio furniture, umbrella, corn hole set and BBQ"s. Converted garage game room with glass garage doors and epoxy floors. Dart board, games. Close to nearby beaches and 5 minutes to Morro Bay. Walking distance to taprooms, restaurants and entertainment. $35 per pet fee. Central to Pismo Beach, Avila, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, Big Sur. 7 day stays maximum

Why they chose this property

This area is so low key it's unreal. If you drive the freeways in So Cal or Nor Cal come here to completely unwind or party with the locals (many activities going on). Minute walk to the back bay and toast the sunset just like they do in Key West. After a day of excursions come home to relax in the backyard, by the fireplace or put your pajamas on and take a nap in the comfy beds.
