It has a full eat-in kitchen as well as a private deck. There is a three-piece bathroom with toilet, vanity sink, and a basic aluminum shower.

This is not a luxury rental and the price is reflective of your access to the beautiful, private sandy beach that is across the street and exclusively shared only with other renters.

NOTE:
1. The property is on a well so you must bring your own drinking water.
2. Terrain around the property and on the beach is natural and uneven and so is unsuitable for those with wheel chairs or mobility issues
3. You must bring your own linens and towels
4. No visitors permitted without prior approval

Take advantage of morning walks through the forest, go for a swim in the crystal-clear waters of Georgian Bay, or take a 10-15 min walk along the shoreline to Balm Beach. At Balm Beach you have access to a convenience store/LCBO , Balm Beach Go-Karts, Mini Golf, The Surf Family Restaurant, and the Georgian Grill & Family Arcade .
