Great location, very good management team. Downsides were the poor condition of the property (thing such as keys not working) and a resident of the complex who believed she owned the pool and hassled anyone who dared to use it.

Great view, great little town

We had 2 families in our group (4 adults 3 kids). It was a very cool little quiet Italian town. Amazing balcony view, host was very responsive, nice welcome gift, shops and pubs weren’t too far. Does require a lot of walking uphill - a few things to watch for… Only 2 toilet paper rolls provided, beds were a little uncomfortable, no instructions on how to use the motorized windows, WiFi was bad, and could have used a second set of keys… but those are fairly minor. We really enjoyed our stay!

Residence Eden Magnolia 16

The location was excellent with the short walk into the centre of the village and the space in the apartment. There were the number of faults in the apartment block - lights not working, keys not working properly etc. but the management company was great in sorting out the issues in the apartment (but not the block - especially the garage key). We also had to complain about a resident who consistently pestered everyone using the pool as she believed it was hers and that no other guests were allowed to use it - despite the fact that she did not use it.

Appartement et residence en mauvais état

cette propriété n'a pas été rénové depuis plusieurs année, piscine et plage et bain de soleil en mauvais état. Appartement tout juste propre, le mobilier extérieur est en mauvaise état, 2 plaques de cuisson pour un appartement de 8 personnes !! le sol de la cuisine est collant, et il est préférable de tout relaver les ustensiles de cuisine avant de les utiliser !!!

Moderne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Residence Eden ist überaus zu empfehlen ! Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnanlage mit tollem Blick auf den See und Umgebung. Auch der Pool ist toll und es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Tiefgarage und Parkplatz am Haus. Schöne Ferienwohnung; sauber und gut ausgestattet.
