Welcome to the 'Appartamento La Vista', a spacious and bright two-room apartment for up to 4 people.
Its location in the suburbs allows you to enjoy tranquillity and comfort only a few minutes' drive from the city centre and its points of interest.
Parking under the house is a real advantage and allows you to have your vehicle close at hand.
Keep in mind that due to the area, the Wi-Fi network may occasionally slow down, but this will give you the opportunity to completely disconnect and immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Como.
The space: The bright living room with an view of the surrounding greenery that creates a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. Here, you can relax, read a good book or simply enjoy the tranquillity. As well as being comfortable, the sofa bed is also ideal for families with children or groups of friends looking for spacious accommodation.
The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use, allowing you to prepare your meals in total comfort.
The bedroom will allow you to rest and recharge your batteries after a day of exploring.
Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.
The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.
The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.

Grazie Claudio per la tua recensione. Ci dispiace per il cavatappi ma siamo contenti che i vicini vi abbiamo aiutati. Per trovare meglio l'appartamento serve vedere le nostre fotografie, lì si vede dove inizia la strada (lo specifico per i futuri ospiti), all'inizio della via si trova il lucchetto. Ci ha fatto piacere che comunque abbiate apprezzato! Un caro saluto
