Excellent location to explore various beaches

We were very pleased to find easily Phillipe's place, with all amenities inside, good wifi, very clean and all you need to a perfect holiday. Beautiful view on the garden, lots of restaurants and bars near by. We will gladly return to his place next time!

Our week in Costa del Silencio / Las Galletas was lovely in this apartment. Contact with the owner and the manager was flawless and its not impossible that we will be back.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber hat seine Mängel

Ferienwohnung war gut geräumig, auch der Sonnenraum war gut zu Nutzen beim Frühstücken usw. Aber leider hat das Schlafzimmer stark nach Schweiß gerochen über den kompletten Aufenthalt und die Handtücher waren teilweise total zerlöchert - da fragt man sich, wieso diese noch genutzt werden sollen. Sonnenbaden im November

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr funktionalen Zwei Zimmer Ferienwohnung in der Anlage mit eigenem Pool. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war völlig ausreichend, großer Standventilator war Gold wert👍, die überdachte große Logia ist super, da man sie bei jedem Wetter (außer Starkregen) nutzen kann. Wir waren mit einem Motorroller bestens ausgerüstet, da der vor Ort Strand eher sehr klein ist, zum baden reichts. Aber man ist in 15-20 Minuten in Los Christianos und Playa las Americas. Auch die Busanbindung in alle Richtungen funktioniert super👍 Restaurants, Kneipen und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben den 4 wöchigenden Aufenthalt sehr genossen 👍

Sicher nie wieder

Die Gegend ist furchtbar. Reine Plattenbau-Feriensiedlung aus den 60er Jahren. Pool war eiskalt und alter Müll ist darin rumgeschwommen. Küchenutensilien haben geklebt. Auf dem Sofaüberwurf waren viele lange Haare. Alles etwas eklig.

A única desvantagem que vi foi nas camas. Éramos 5 e efetivamente para cinco não há camas suficientes. Tivemos de improvisar para uma das crianças que acabou por dormir no chão. De resto tudo ok

Schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Wohnung für 2 Wochen genutzt und uns sehr wohl darin gefühlt. Sie liegt in einer gepflegten, sauberen Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung selbst ist super ausgestattet, die Küche mit allem, was man braucht, Handtücher sind mehr als genügend vorhanden und das Bett ist wunderbar bequem und sogar deutsche TV Sender werden empfangen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur ein paar Minuten sind es bis zur wunderbaren Playa Amarilla und auch Restaurants, Geschäfte und das Zentrum von Las Galletas sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein herzliches Dank an den Vermieter, Herrn Philippe Rousseau, mit dem man schnell und unkompliziert kommunizieren konnte. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in seiner Wohnung sehr genossen.

Hallo Herr Rousseau, es hat uns in ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen.

Wir sind ein Paar älteren Alters. Seit ca. 30 Jahren mieten wir schon Ferienwohnungen und haben dabei schon so manches positives aber auch negatives zur Miete bekommen. Doch hier wurden wir besonders positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr persönlich und mit viel Geschmack fürs Details eingerichtet. Genau das Richtige für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf der Insel des ewigen Frühlings. Eine Überwinterung 3 Monate hatten wir geplant und auch mit viel Genuss dann bewohnt. Alles was wir für unser tägliches Leben brauchten, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Anlage ist schon älter, aber in einem gepflegten Zustand. Mehrere Mitarbeiter halten dieses Feriendomitil sauber und in Ordnung. Der wunderbare Wintergarten mit unverbauten Blick wurde von uns jeden Tag mit Freuden benutzt. Costa de Silencio ist ein kleiner Ferienort, jedoch mit einer sehr guten Infrastruktur und einer guten Anbindung an den Individuallververkehr. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, das sonnige Wetter hat auch dazu beigetragen. Der kurze Spaziergang an sehr schönen Palmenanlagen vorbei, zum kleinen aber mit sehr viel Liebe ausgebauter Meerespromenade tat ihr Übriges. Danke Herr Rousseau für dieses wundervolle Erlebniss. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und uns ohne Coronabeschränkung sehr wohl erholen. Familie W..Hillmann - Korkisch

Perfecto para vacaciones!

El piso está perfecto para pasar unos días en familia. Es muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario, súper limpio y agradable. El conjunto residencial esta muy bien y la piscina excelente. La zona muy tranquila y agradable. Sin duda regresaremos!!

Top Preis-Leistung, tolle, super ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Handtücher gabs in der Kommode im Wohnzimmer. Die Ausstattung war wirklich sehr gut. Besonders schön war der Wintergarten mit Blick über das freie Nachbargrundstück. Der Pub war leider ziemlich laut abends. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Erfahrung, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Topp Wohnung, klasse ausgestattet, ein zweites Zuhause.....

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer eher älteren Anlage. Sie ist jedoch total super ausgestattet, war perfekt sauber und gut möbliert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. An Restaurants mangelte es nicht, hier haben wir einige tolle Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir werden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen wenn wir uns für einen Teneriffaurlaub entscheiden. Ein riesengroßes Lob an den Vermieter H. Rousseau....vielen Dank.....

Ljus och fräsch tvårummare, med öppen planlösning och inglasad balkong. Här finns plats för 4 personer. Sovrummet består av en bekväm dubbelsäng. I vardagsrummet finns en ny soffa som man kan förvandla till två sängplatser. Vardagsrummet är öppet mot köksdelen, som skiljs åt med en bardisk. Köket är välutrustat. Det finns tillgång till pool och solsängar. En livsmedelsbutik och ett stort utbud av restauranger finns i närheten. Här har vi bott i 11 nätter och vi har trivts mycket bra. Här är rent, snyggt och fräscht. Rekommenderas!
