It has just been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances (washer and dryer included), firepit, furniture, etc. 3 miles outside of Spicer, MN. and 10 minutes from Wilmar. Short drive from the Twin Cities. Brand new dock for your use and you can launch your boat at the boat launch or rent a boat from nearby Spicer or Wilmar.

Great spot on the lake

This property is great for a larger family with a spacious house and yard. Located next to the landing is so convenient. The owners are really good about responding too.Our family has made this our annual destination for a long weekend at the lake.

Very nice and clean lake home with plenty of room and bunkbeds for large families or friends to stay. Large yard for games and landscaped fire pit. Had a dock for fishing, but shore is overgrown, so no beach area like in pics. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking and large outdoor gas grill. Lake was green, so not for swimming, but did catch fish off dock. Overall great stay.

The house was spacious, updated and clean. The main reason for my review was the lake view, which is why you rent a lake home. The view was nothing like in the pictures.

Loved this place!

We absolutely had the best time on our family vacation at this place! It was very secluded with no close neighbors. The place was basically all furnished with the exception of food.Matt was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions almost immediately after me sending them.We watched deer right in the front yard and the grandkids loved it.Highly recommend this place and we definitely will be staying again!

Family Weekend On Lake Lake

We have been coming here for a few years now and it's a great place with plenty of room for a larger family. We like that's very private and great space outdoors for games and easy access to the boat landing. Overall a beautiful property on the water.

4th of July with family

We have a large family and is always hard to get everyone together or find a place that fits everyone. This cabin was the perfect size for our large family with multiple rooms for sleeping arrangements, space for everyone to be able to sit down to eat together, and lots of outdoor space for outside games and a bonfire. We also have little kids so it was very nice that there were no stairs and a large back room for games inside when the littles went to bed. The area of the lake was nice and quiet and not a lot of boat traffic in the bay that it is located. It was so nice to get our family all together and everyone had a great time!

Great 4th of July Get-Away

We are a family group of 16 that stayed over the 4th of July. The property is beautiful, clean, and was large enough for our family. The lake a quiet and close to town amenities. Bonus - two refrigerators and two washers/dryers.

Great place to stay!

This property was very clean and very kid friendly. I liked the simplicity of the home. There was enough space to fit my entire family in the home and plenty of space outside for the kids to run and play. I would highly recommend this place and we plan to return next summer!
