Villa Tortuga is a beautiful villa located in Binisafua, Menorca. Surrounded by a spectacular private garden of 1000m2, a covered terrace and a wonderful 30m2 swimming pool. It's located in the quiet and residential area of Binisafua only a few minutes walk from the beach. The Villa is composed of 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the the ground floor, each with two beds. Then, on the 1st floor, a master bedroom, complemented with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with wonderful views to the sea.

• Balcony out from a glass door window in the master bedroom has wonderful views to the sea and the swimming pool in the garden.
• 2 bedrooms each with two single beds, equipped with a spacious wardrobes

• Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
• Spacious dinning area with dinning table and chairs for 6
• Living room with flat screen Smart TV, Wifi, 2 sofas and glass door windows with access to the terrace, garden and pool
• The covered terrace in front of the pool has views to the sea and is comprised of an outdoor dinning table as well as comfortable loungers to enjoy the pool

The Area

Binisafua is a private, quiet and exclusive neighborhood, surrounded by green spaces and some of the most beautiful beaches in Menorca, walking distance from the villa.

The villa is also next to the prominent path of Camí de Cavalls, which goes around Menorca, for wonderful walks and treks by the beach and nature of the island.

The villa is near the village of Binibeca Vell, the old fisherman´s town with picturesque small white houses, and a lively atmosphere with restaurants and local stores.
