Exquisite secluded cottage for a couple, with terraces and private swimming pool

We take note of your comments, and it is a shame that you did not have as enjoyable time as you expected. Yesterday, with a changeover were able to look over the Cottage and review the comments you made. I have offered to discuss these points with you directly, however you have declined to do so. Blinds: “no blinds/curtains in the bedroom” We referred you to a photo which shows the east window, which faces the morning sun, there is an external blind, which pulled down blacks out the window. Slabs: “broken, loose paving around the pool” as explained I went over the entire paving. There was one slab near the house which although tight, had come away from the bed – it was of no danger to anyone, and was fixed down. I enclosed 9 photos of the slabs, asking you to identify where there are ‘broken loose paving’ around the pool. The reason we asked you to do this is to ensure there is no potential health and safety issue we can address. Toilet: Aside that the toilet is not placed ‘in a cupboard’ you state that the toilet was dirty as if it had just been used. What you saw were the organic granules that are placed down the toilet every week on changeover to maintain a good biological action in the septic tank. Bedroom: Aside from your ‘misunderstanding of terminology’ that the bedroom is not in the attic and that this is the same arrangement for all traditional houses in the area you claim it was too hot. There is an overhead fan which provides cooling air. Air conditioning is not mentioned as being a facility we provide. Sara mentioned that having met you at the end, none of these issues were raised, and that had you had done so, she could, with you, have gone over the points.
