This centrally located street places you in the heart of all of the city's most noted landmarks. Just steps away from Galleria dell'Accademia, the home of Michelangelo’s David, and a short walk to the steps of the Duomo. This lively area is conveniently surrounded by local markets and cafes.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 peoples given its two bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed and laundry facilities.

Well furnished and complete with charming characteristics like arched ceilings, there is a cosy atmosphere throughout the space. The living/lounge area is illuminated by wonderful natural light and is complete with a full-size sofa bed. From here you can access the spacious outdoor terrace. This tranquil outdoor space overlooks the interior of the building, offering a peaceful escape from the chaos of city life. The recently renovated modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The bedrooms are both spacious, quiet and feature high ceilings.The classically furnished master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible. We will be on hand to offer you the support needed to access and enjoy the rented property
